      Sandman Construction, *********, left these bills unpaid. He drew the money from my Construction loan. I have eviof that too. He did not use my monies to pay these two bills. He embezzled the money. Now as his client I am charged to pay these unpaid bills - illegal and unethical business practices.

      I apologize for the inconvenience this caused. All of this has been taken care of and paid for shortly after this complaint was submitted. All liens have been released. I would request that this complaint be removed since it has all been resolved.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      While Sandman paid thirty days later, I had to hire a lawyer to help push Sandman to resolve by paying these liens.

      1.) The $3000 legal fees came out my own money. Sandman did not cover these legal fees.

      3) The 30 days also took hours of my time to have the evidence for the case to get paid, not to mention the heartache and worry.

      4.) Furthermore, my closing was delayed by 30 days.
