  Hello!I took a Dow Janes financial course last year and I am very happy with the results. I had tremendous anxiety dealing with the money issues in my life and always had been stressed when I was counting money. DJ has a holistic approach on how to deal with anxiety over money. I am doing my Weekly Money Rituals diligently and I feel my stress is melting away. For the last year a gained more clarity about how to deal with debt, especially with my student loan. I worked hard, studied a lot, but now I know my numbers, know my cash flow, my net worth, which increased by 15K since last year. DJ gives access to the important financial information and how to resolve money problems. Most important, I am on my way to investing soon and looking forward with an excitement regarding my money. ** helped lots of women like me, and they earned love and respect. Thank you, Dow Janes!

  The impacts of Dow Janes' Million Dollar Year on my life include gaining way more financial clarity than I thought I needed about tracking my income and expenses and budgeting for future spending! It feels so incredible to have such clarity on the overall patterns and monthly averages of my spending and saving, which enables me to forecase and budget and plan months and even years ahead. I anticipated gaining much from the save and invest components of the Dow Janes MDY coursework and sure enough - I have achieved money ******************* building improvements including: shifting majority of my savings into high-interest earning accounts, consolidating retirement accounts, pursuing and receiving $11,500 of student debt forgiveness (heck yea!!), opening a brokerage account and HSA account and selecting investment portfolios, using As You Sow to identify ESG and Values Investing impact opportunities. Highly recommend this course!!

  I signed up and have been completing the lessons. There is some good guidance there, but not anything I couldn't find out myself with some diligence and time. I do appreciate the structure and way in which it's requiring me to look and my spending habits and relationship to money. That said, every group call or Zoom I've participated in has been a cheering session for the program and a sales pitch to invest more money in another phase. It has the feel of a multi-level marketing scheme, something a lot of people my age are likely familiar with, but the younger generation might not have experienced. Proceed with caution!My "Success Call" was devoid of new guidance and simply another iteration of the information from the lessons and intro session. It was really just a sales pitch. Especially irksome was the way in which I was "qualified" to participate in the next level, which was only open to some of the "thousands" of people in the program. The info is good, but the calls and sessions are a waste of time. The platform is not user-friendly, especially on a tablet. Sorry Dow Janes. Love your energy, but you need to tone down the sales pitch.

  I really appreciated the thoughtfulness in the approach to improving your net wealth. My net wealth did not go up over the past year, as hoped, although I only made it to step 7 of 12 in practice, so I will not be seeking a refund. The approach requires comittment and self-discipline. They were clear from the beginning that you needed to complete the program. They only give you the tools. My buddy ******* was great! She made it through all of the course, and I appreciated our weekly check-ins. The additional resources were also very helpful.

  The free seminar lit a fire inside me to work to continue to gain knowledge and insight on how to gain financial freedom through the power of investing. I was incredibly disheartened when I discovered the price of the program they offer as their next recommended step. Living paycheck to paycheck with significant grad school student loans and working in a profession that doesn't make a lot of money does not allow me to to pay for their program. Although I do have savings, I do not have more than the 3-6 months of a safety net discussed in the seminar and I don't feel comfortable using my safety net to pay for the program. I'm bummed to say the least and feel like I have to figure out how to have more money now to pay for the program before I can even learn how to do that.

This hour is filled with practical tools that students take away from this free hour of education and are able to implement into their lives immediately. Many students inquire about working with us further after this hour, and we share our program which is available for registration. It is not required - just an available option and resource for those who are interested.   Thank you so much for introducing Intentional Investing, on top of the Wealth Building Accelerator program!! I'm really excited to not only learn about investing, but be able to do so in a way that matches what I care about. This program feels like the missing piece in most investing conversations. Dow Janes is the most holistic approach I've seen and it's really working for me :)

  You can go ahead and take this review lightly because I did not purchase the course thanks to researching further. Yet I feel compelled to offer hopefully helpful feed back to the company and the person managing the chat communications during one of the webinar playbacks. Someone asked in the chat, "Can we still join the ************** if we don't pay for the program?" - A fair question given that FB is a free service. The person managing the chat replied: No! : - (That one communication revealed a lot about the emotional maturity, and level compassionate communication this company is leading with. This abrupt shaming of the questioner soured me on the brand, as the emotional tone of the response lands like perhaps a ***** year old is at the helm. You likely work hard to build your brand and maintain it. This one communication was damaging to it. I do hope that you can offer communication training to those representing the organization during these marketing playbacks. I felt really bad for the person who engaged by asking the question.

  I love the program. It is informative and helpful with a lot of wonderful resources. I'm enjoying all of the learning that I am doing and the emotional support that I can do the hard things and not be judged or judge myself for when I need extra time to get used to doing something new or doing something a new way regarding my finances. I have become much more aware and am learning how to be much more organized with my finances. I'm also working toward taking steps to spend more consciously.

  Dow Janes is an amazingly supportive women owned company. I joined their program and have been blown away from the customer support & content. They are here to help women succeed with money, it's so clear. I'm learning new ways to be with my money and tracking is easy instead of stressful. Looking forward to the next steps I take and creating financial freedom for myself.
