    Feb. 18, 2024 order #: ********** The handling and shipping of my order was horrible and deceitful in everyway. The cartridge rims on every casing is damaged. The order was shipped out on the sixth business day (one day late). The shipment itself was delayed (while in transit) twice. I'm seeking my shipping cost refunded to me (at the bare minimum) which was $14.07 .

    I have provided documents to show that this customer ordered on 02/18/24 and the order was shipped on 02/21/24. If an order is delayed in transit, that is the fault of the carrier. This customer has been previously notified by email that orders do ship within 3-5 business days of placing an order. This is also stated in our terms and conditions as well as at checkout. This order was shipped within the time frame stated.

    I have had my fill of their lies. Yes, the shipper did state the delay in shipping. But if what I ordered came from the **********************, would the shipper have added the warning to said shipment.

    Furthermore, if '*****************' was a legitimate company (vs. an umbrella company) then they would be titled '*****************' instead of 'Kash' whatever.

    I placed an order on 10/27/23 for **** ammo 200 rounds. The order ended shipping out on 11/2/23 tracking 1ZC976F80314508580. The order is showing to arrive on 11/7/23. However, it was left in someone else's locker as I never got a notification of a delivery. I get a text message any time something is left for me. I will include a screenshot if what I get. I tried reaching out to the company with no help. I simply want my order what I paid for or a refund. I have order ammo in the past with no issues. Not sure why they won't help me.

According to *** proof of delivery, this order was delivered. ************ was directed to file a claim with *** when he claimed he did not receive his order as the issue was with *** and not *****************.

    Several weeks ago I ordered a 500 round case of 9mm factory new ammo from LAX Ammunition. In the past few weeks I have gone to the range to shoot and I have had considerable issues with this "factory new" ammunition. Let preface this by stating I have shot this ammo in several different firearms such as S&W Shield, Sig ***** P365, CZ P10 and a Walther PDP. All have had issues with this ammo. It started as oversized cases being stuck in my chamber. This required a punch and a hammer to literally beat a loaded round out of my chamber. This has occurred at last count 15 times with the various firearms afore mentioned. I have now had 5 squib loads stuck in the barrel of 3 of my guns. This required the forearm to be taken apart and the squib load to be hammers out of the barrel with a punch. A squib load stuck in a barrel unknown can cause a firearm to explode if another live round is fired behind it. This could be extremely dangerous. Fortunately for me I have been shooting for years and I knew what a low powder round sands and looks like. Not everyone is that fortunate. I have called the *** customer service line several times. No one answers it always goes to voicemail. I have left several voicemails expressing my concerns about their ammo issues. To date I have heard nothing from ***. I am aware of the time difference on the west coast and I have called during their business hours. The number on the top of the *** ammo can is **********. This is a serious problem that needs to be addressed. I don't spend my hard earned money to buy junk ammo. Junk ammo does not do this *** ammo justice it is much worse.

    I apologize for the confusion. We are an ammunition company and do not report to credit agencies. You must've gotten us mixed up with another company with a similar name. Please retract your complaint against us as it doesn't pertain to this company.

    Order was placed on February 23rd 2022, I was charged on February 25th. The next day I received a call from an employee saying the **** ammo wouldnt be available, so I asked him to just cancel that part of the order. In the attached email and concurring payment info, they charged me for that. Their website and the order confirmation email say 3-5 days lead time for shipping. Its been 21 days. They created a label and then never shipped. Ive called 30 times, left 3 voicemails, no response and clearly they dont answer the phone. Can also see that the only email response was to send me an email with the tracking # that only says, as shown, that a label was created and nothing else.
