Part of my recent order never arrived. Contacted these folks and explained the issue. A nasty female exacerbated her **** on me for claiming part of my shipment never arrived. She stated, must have been plundered by the shipper! Really! She wanted everything but the kitchen sink to prove my claim. After several minutes she finally agreed to furnish a partial refund for lost, damaged item. Ok, great! I've been a loyal customer of Xtreme Bullets for years and they were great. This new outfit Freedom Munitions, needs a ****** in customer service! No need to be a B _ _ _ _! I've read a good deal of reviews and ironically, it's always "shipper" must have plundered your order and retaped the box. NOT at all, box was original sealed from them. BEWARE, these folks are HORRIBLE to deal with! Never again, they lost a good customer and will be losing more from what I read!

A few months ago I bought 1000 9mm from this company. About 2 out of every 10 rounds had either a feed issue due to poor crimping on the ammunition which would cause the bullet to be pressed further into the casing when it hit the feed ramp, ultimately causing a catastrophic jam, or the bullet just wouldnt fire after the primer was struck. At the same time my ***** bought 1000 .45 auto and had no issues so Im assuming I just got a bad batch. Having said that, reloads or not, Id still expect some level of quality control. Seemed like some rounds werent seated properly at all because I could easily push the bullet into the casing with my fingers. Id be willing to give this product a second try but buyer beware. I would not put your life in the hands of this ammo. Honestly might not even be worth anything as plinking ammo. At least 200 of my thousand rounds were duds and the only 9mm I own that didnt seem to mind as much was my p365. But it successfully jammed p365 macro (bad, had to use a hammer to get the slide into battery so the shell could be ejected), my Glock 19x hated the ammo which is wild cause that purty thang will eat anything I feed it, jammed palmetto dagger, jammed beretta m9A4, the list goes on again, would not recommend.
