I had come in with my girlfriend no more than 4 months ago to purchase a used vehicle. We had drove it home that same night. We had brought it back about a month later because it had started leaking fluids, making a grinding noise when powered on, and other issues as well. We had taken it in time and time again for everyone to keep telling theyd call us back, never did, and for them to basically lie to us. We had only gotten ONE report the second time after Id asked for it. Everything seems to be in tiptop shape, according to the report. But the very next day I go to start my car and go to work, same issues. Nothing has been fixed. Ive taken my car to a certified mech and they told me that my warranty I had purchased did not cover the radiator or power steering lines. When I bought the car they told me that this warranty will cover anything except electrical work and the ******. Typical, sell me a car that has an electric power steering pump then tell me you cant fix anything electrical. I fear I am at risk of getting into an accident because they refuse to fix my lines. I put fluid in at least once a week, coolant and power steering fluid. Still leaks. Still resists turning. And still smells like burning oil after parking it. I dont drive far, back and forth to work but I fear that in that short distance my steering wheel will lock and Id wreck. Oh not to mention the racking pinion over 4 grand sunk into this car. I want my money back or I at least want to feel secure and safe in a car I am working day and night to pay for.

The owner is very dishonest and avoids you at all cost. My car has been there a total of 3 times for the same repair that they cannot figure out. The last visit it had been there for a month and my car is actually in worse shape than when it went in. It will not even start now and had to be towed home.

We informed ***************** that we are not an Infiniti dealer.  This particular vehicle has had some alterations on the wiring under the dash.  We informed the customer that we think there could be a couple of problems all concerning electrical.  He gave the approval to replace the battery cable and battery holder that was missing.  This did not solve problem so he returned again we informed him we are not Infiniti dealer, but we think it would be a computer issue the second time.  We did tell the customer that if that did not fix the problem he would not be charged for the part.  It did not solve problem.  He stated that he found online a common problem with these vehicles concerning another computer.  We informed him that we are not going to keep chasing a problem with electrical and chose not to keep working on the vehicle.  We paid to tow his vehicle to his sons home and didn't charge.  He purchased the other computer online himself, came into dealership demanding that we don't communicate enough in his opinion.  The owner told him that he told his service department from the start not to work on an Infiniti but the advisor and tech thought they could figure it out.  The owner then informed the customer that he would reimburse the labor cost but had to charge for the parts.  Customer paid less then $150, dealership reimbursed over 5 hours of labor and dealership paid for 3 towing bills.  As for the vehicle being returned in worse condition, when the customer called and asked if we would look at 2nd computer to see if it had similar signs of water damage that customer found on a forum to inspect.  Tech removed glove box to inspect but didn't reinstall due to waiting for approval to repair.  Tech didn't know that dealership already informed customer that we would know longer work on the vehicle.

I found a lottery flyer from this outfit in my mailbox. It claimed that if three icons in a row match, there is a $1,000 - $25,000 win depending on the icons. One row was a match with $1,000 amount next to it. I know how stealers operate so I read fine print carefully and ran into a vague language: "Bring invitation to event location to compare your confirmation code to prize board to determine if you have won."I called this outfit and EXPLICITELY asked if the "confirmation code" must MATCH something and was UNEQUOVICALLY told "NO! As long as the icons in the same row are identical, it's a winning ticket, nothing else needs to match." I paraphrized the question two more times to make sure the individual at the other end has no room for interpretation, and every time the answer was the same.So I drove 50 miles just to be told that the "confirmation code" must match the one they have.To make it short, this place is a scam and it's too late for them to look up "business integrity", "basis decency" and "honesty" in a dictionary. These terms will be rejected by their vocabulary. To make it short, I wouldn't buy a box of matches from this outfit.PS When I got there, there was a family with exactly same flyer and exactly same set of matching icons... and they were buying a car. Indeed, there is no limit to human gullibility...

I paid $6500 on my down payment for a $14000 loan for a vehicle that cant be fixed so it just parked! I feel robbed of my money they say the warranty did what It could do to try and fix it so I have no vehicle still, Its just a waste of money here they didnt properly inspect there vehicles before selling. They are very pushy on trying to sell horrible vehicles that will break down on you I only had it a month when it broke down, then I get it in to get fixed they give it back it breaks down 3 days later.

I am very concerned about the amount of lying this dealer is willing to engage in. I initially got a mailer and the front was a simple peel open the window and if they match you win the prize listed. I matched and thought I should look into it further. Turns out everything on the front page was a lie. On the back of the mailer was a very tiny hard to read disclaimer that said the front isn't true. The symbols and prizes aren't true. Only the number below the receipient address denotes if a prize is won and you need to call them. Annoyed at the first lie I proceeded to call them and give the number from the mailer. They said I definately won a cash prize but I would have to drive to the dealer, they wouldn't tell me over the phone. The next day (12/4/22) I drove to the dealer and found out the person on the phone lied, the number did not win any cash prize. I was told for bringing in the mailer I could choose a random envelope and I MIGHT win a case prize or a mystery present. Annoyed at being lied to twice I did so and won $3 which might not even cover the cost of gas I spent because of the 2nd lie. They also explained they needed to fill out prize verification forms but then proceeded to ask personal questions about my vehicles which leads me to believe there is nothing legal about their prize forms, but are simply a deceptive way to gather personal information for targeting people during their next sale. The amount of deception at this dealer is vast. They wanted word of mouth advertising and I will certainly provide word of mouth about my experience but I don't think anyone should do business with this company.
