    Shortly after applying for my DOT number, I was contacted by TCS. They led me to believe that I needed to pay them $1500 to assist me in maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. Over the course of the next few weeks, they filed paperwork, marking me as hauling for hire which I am not. I am a self-employed, one man operation who does not haul for hire. I raised concerns with them on multiple occasions, stating that this was incorrect. I was told it has to be done this way. My insurance agency dropped my policy because I was being listed as hauling for hire, and they couldn't provide adequate coverage. I went with a new insurance company, and my premiums nearly tripled. Finally, I was able to explain the whole situation to my insurance agent. She told me the paperwork was filed incorrectly and helped me file the necessary documents again. I had to pay the cost of filing these again. During the course of filing, it is still coming through as though I am hauling for hire due to whatever errors were made by TCS. I have been fighting to correct this for 4 months. It has impeded my ability to do my job. If you are contacted by this company, DO YOUR RESEARCH to make sure you actually need their help. This has been a huge headache and a source of stress. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. FMCSA warned me just a little too late about predatory companies like this.

    I was depending on this company to provide me with guidance and advice in matters of registration and compliance to be able to operate in the trucking business legally and in full compliance however they provided me with very poor advice and I was unable to operate my truck legally and wasted nearly ****** dollars which included their ***** dollar fee what they did for me was absolutely useless I never even was able to haul one load legally if they are going to offer advice and assistance they first should be familiar with rules and regulations for each state and advise their clients as to what is possible and what is not! I am out of business before I even started I contacted agent to discuss this issue and she could care less they got paid and now offer zero assistance is worst consulting company I have ever dealt with take your money and walk away ! As it turns out everything they provide was free for me to submit on my own if I knew how ! Well now I do ! Very valuable ****** learned!

    I'm sorry you were unable to get your business up and running.  We did everything you paid us to do.  We got your ***** number, your MC number, Drug testing enrollment, Clearinghouse, Driver file, and a few more that you paid us to do.  You're right, you didn't know how to do it so you paid us to complete a service, which we did.  It looks like the only problem you were having was that you didn't want to pay us to complete getting your IFTA and IRP done, which is what cost you getting your business going.  So, because you chose to not use us for that portion, nor had enough money to pay your state the required stated registration fees, then you were unable to start your business.  

    We did took the proper steps, we even tried to let you know how to do it on your own because you stated it was very overwhelming to do on your own.  This is a very difficult process, most people find that if they didn't use us, they never would have gotten started.  It seems that when you decided to stop using our company to complete the process, is when things stopped working well.  

    Again, I apologize that you were unable to get started, I wish we could have helped you more.
