    I purchased early Thursday morning, April 9 2025 and the company took the payment. I have emailed them and called numerous times with no answer. Then I went online to look at reviews from **** about said business and there are countless people with the same and or worse service from this company, but also some rave reviews too. So I'm concerned I'm being played like some of the unlucky ones who've done business with them. I just want my product I ordered semt to me, along with tracking information of it being sent. My thing is that this company is willing to take my money, then not send the goods...

    I placed an order online #****** Order has not been delivered. ****** claims order was delivered but tracking shows a different person has signed for this package. Seller needs to file a claim and take responsibility for this incident but is refusing to do so. Please resolve issue to avoid further escalation Thank you

    Package sent to customer address via ***** We paid for Priority Mail, with signature required. Package was signed for at customer address and a different name was given. **** proof of delivery verifies delivery to customer address.

    I am rejecting this response because: Package was never delivered. Proof of delivery has not been provided. A lost package claim was filed with **** , claim number # 8457734 . **** has asked numerous times that the shipper (merchant) contacts them further to complete an insurance claim. The seller refuses to follow up, and is intentionally refusing to provide further assistance or proper customer service. Please have the case resolved immediately, or further action will be taken.     ****** was signed for at the customer address. Customer has already requested a charge back with his credit card company. We are out the knives -- and the money. I don't understand why the customer is upset with us.

    I am rejecting this response because: The merchant was asked multiple times to reach out to the carrier to find out where the package is, and he refused. I personally took the time to file a case with **** and asked the merchant multiple times to follow up on the claim and he refused. He has gone out of his way to provide the worst customer service imaginable. I was contacted by *****, a supervisor at the **** investigation department, and she confirmed the shipment to be lost. Merchant can refer to **** claim 43284930. Merchant account has been refunded by the carrier in full and he was advised by **** to refund the customer which he has not done so. Please let them know to issue the full refund and provide a refund receipt so I can close the case. Otherwise this is only the beginning. Thanks

    Hello,

    i tried to file a chargeback, but their investigation is still ongoing. The merchant sent my bank a rebuttal saying they delivered the package. So it delayed the process. If the seller wants the issue resolved as he claims. Ask him for a refund receipt, or request to have his rebuttal canceled. And I am willing to close out the BBB case and chargeback will automatically get canceled if they receive a refund. I need a final decision from the seller whether or not he wants to refund me for the order that was undelivered. 
    to clarify, my bank has not provided me with a credit, they do just automatically reverse charges without going through 3 to 6 months chargeback process. Thanks

    The order was delivered at the sellers address, which has been proved. The customer filed a chargeback which was successful, so I do not understand what more he wants. We sent the order, and the money has been taken from our account.

    I am rejecting this response because: The dispute is still ongoing. The package was never delivered to me, which was proven, and confirmed by business themselves. Having a dispute open is not good for my credit score. The business needs to issue a full refund or respond to the bank for the order they never delievred. So i can close the bank dispute and the BBB dispute. Thanks
