    Over the years I have bought several knives and sharpeners from the Cutlery Shoppe. I have never had any problems with their products or their service. It has always been a pleasure to deal with them. Maybe it has been that I research what I buy and ALWAYS read the fine print.

    If you like doing business with someone that lacks professionalism and customer service then I highly recommend the cutlery shoppe. Especially if you enjoy trying to resolve an issue with someone who hides behind small print while boasting satisfaction guaranteed then **** is your guy. You will get to enjoy statements like your blade (which is double edged) doesn't have the "real estate" to have a sharp edge and it's more for penetration... I am sure **** has stabbed several people in the back metaphorically but I bought a knife to cut with and nobody wants a dull blade straight from the factory. So what do you do when you get a dull knife and the store doesn't care? I sharpened it but that did not help anything either so I reached back out to **** but guess what? If you sharpen your knife then it is no longer brand new and he doesn't care about your satisfaction because he doesn't have to honor his guarantee anymore.
