      On 06/21/24 we used services of Wickstrom heating and cooling company because our ** didnt work very well.After diagnostics specialist suggested adding refrigerant and assured us that the air conditioner would make the house cooler. Technician added 1,5 pound of refrigerant R22 and something else to stop leak . After another 3 days technician arrived, connected the equipment and said that everything was working fine and left. After another 3-4 days we noticed that the air conditioner stopped making cold air at all, it was making warm/hot air when turned in cool mode. I made a video about it .( **************************** ). We had to install new system with other company. We live on low social security income and come up with money for new system was very hard. We had to borrow money from friends and families. When we asked Wickstrom company for refund they said that they did all they could and will not give refund. Now, the ** system they worked on is ruined . What I found out from one ** specialist from an other company that the reason why ** blows warm air is that there is no refrigerant in the system and if it was added to the system recently that means that technician that worked on the system over used pressure . Not sure exactly how he said it. It has something to do with the We could not wait anymore because it was extremely hot in the house. So we were forced to install the new system because the old system was ruined . As I said before we added refrigerant in the system week before it started to blow warm air, that means it leaked out . I asked technician from Alley company to check how much refrigerant left in the old system since they had the old system and he said 0.7 oz (not pound) Im asking Wickstrom company to refund in the amount of $1032. P.S. Not sure if this Wicsstrom company is correct, the phone number is not matching.

      ***** conducted a review of my plumbing system. He did a thorough job and explained to me what could be done to ensure the system was working efficiently. *** and ****** came and did installation and repair work. They did an excellent job and made sure to explain to me every step they were taking.. All three men were knowledge. They all were courteous and made sure everything was cleaned up and looked good before they left.

      After a main water line repair we needed to replace the entire line so contracted with Wickstrom (they are the agent for Homeserve). I feel so fortunate that they assigned ******* to install the line. He is professional, knowledgeable, honest and just an amazing person. He explained everything very well, worked hard to make us happy and even had to repair an error made by another tech that caused a leak in a sprinkler hose. ******* was simply amazing. I am confident he made sure the work was done correctly and I KNOW he would return if we had a problem (a rare quality today). His helper, *****, was also a great guy and a great worker.

      I had ****** with Wickstrom Plumbing come over to look at a plumbing issue.He was extremely professional and immediately fixed the problem while explaining what he was doing, so if it happened again I would know how to fix it.Very impressed with this young man and would definitely call Wickstrom Plumbing again.They are number one on my list to call if I have any plumbing problems.Thanks again ****** and Wickstrom Plumbing.Happy Holidays, ************

      We had our semi-annual check of our furnace and other house systems this afternoon. ***** and *** were prompt, courteous, professional, and explained well what they found, giving reasonable recommendations without being pushy. And our dogs even liked them!
