      B**** did a great job on the plumbing inspection and fixing the items that presented themselves during the visit. He replaced a small, rusted connection at no charge while he was working on my water heater. Have had Wickstrom do work for me on several occasions. I do find this company very expensive, and typically very "sales oriented." I like the work they do, but don't like the "sales" feel. B**** did not have that feel. It was nice.

      **** was out to do summer annual service on 5/8/2023. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly service provided. Will continue my annual services with Wickstrom.

      ********************** and **** did an amazing job repairing our exterior water line. When they went into our house they were careful not to track dirt and were very cautious with tools and equipment. I would definitely recommend Wickstrom for any plumbing job.

      Wickstrom - Plumbing, Heating and Cooling,Know this, I am not one to sign up for any service contract, skeptical as I am, I did you show up and outstanding you are. 5 Stars!I have now had a service contract with your company for almost completed 2 years. Wickstrom you are worth it. You have never let me down in all seasons. I love that you check everything out seasonally and keep my home in working order all year round. I get calls regularly to keep up with the maintenance, who doesn't mind a reminder. What a wonderful team.************************* gets 5 stars. ****** is the reason I purchased the air conditioning and heating and heat pump unit from Wickstrom. ****** is a person of integrity and very knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to make sure were safe servicing and inspecting the equipment regularly.*********************, a salesperson who met with me about a month prior to purchasing the unit. I had time to process my options, knowledgeable and very helpful in making our decision. Five Stars too. I had a team to help us make the best decision for us.*********************, exceptional representative for Wickstrom. He only had wonderful things to say about your company. Hes definitely is a keeper. Five Stars., o.k. plus one, like to introduce him to my granddaughter. I think that says a lot.*************************, great heart. Very knowledgeable not just on the installation, what a technology wizard he is. Smartie pants, lol. 5 Stars. Very courteous.I have met a few more wonderful representatives of Wickstrom and ********************* gets 5 stars too.I know I have met more representatives and I'm sorry for my lack of memory, you all truly make an exceptional service for the Treasure Valley.       Many thanks to ************************** and *******. Great communication with ******** . She was very patient with ALL my questions. Kody and ******* arrived at the schedule appt time. They were professional and very knowledgeable on what it will take to fix the leak in my yard.

      ************* installed a furnace humidifier and an air purifier. They are very respectful individuals, this includes working in your home. They have all of the knowledge and tell you exactly what will be done and then follow through with instructions. This isn't the first experience I've had with the company, they have all been great and I will continue to look to them for my household needs.

      ***** and ***** were tenacious in getting around our old pipes obstacles and clearing our clog! Our near 100 year old home put up a good fight, but they persevered and were victorious. Thank you!

      We have been with Wickstrom Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for many years. We are very satisfied with their work and professional service. Their office staff is responsive and accommodating. We especially appreciate the work that ***** has done for us with heating and A/C maintenance and recent toilet installations. ***** is easy to work with in getting work scheduled; he is knowledgeable and professional.**********
