    My experience with Treasure Valley Exteriors began with a connection with ***************************** walking up my driveway and introducing himself in a non pushy humble manner. I was on my way out of town and predicted that I would just accept his card and ignore it as I had done with all the others. But something was different about ******. When I returned to town I found his card laying on the counter and gave him a call. From the first meeting I was made to feel comfortable and un-pressured. ****** did a fantastic job laying all the cards out on the table allowing me time to talk with my wife and make reasoned and responsible decisions about the possibility a roof replacement. ****** helped us in every step of the way. From doing his own inspection and setting us up to be successful for an insurance claim. Today was the culmination of the adventure. The crew showed up early and got right to work. They were done by 1 pm. When I came home from work, ****** was at my house walking around and inspecting their work. During the day ****** showed up with water and ice cream bars for the crew. I could tell that he worked just as hard at developing a working relationship with them as he did with me. I am so glad I listened to my heart and called ****** back. He is a true gem in the world of those that just want your money or business. ****** has true customer service skills. An art that is all too quickly disappearing.
