    Resto Clean was contracted to help with a water damage restoration project beginning January 12th of this year. 6 months later we had multiple issues with their contractors providing an inadequate level of work. We hired another company to complete the work and the job was done in less than 2 weeks. Resto Clean didnt provide work for more than half of the contracted/quoted services and has sent us the full bill. We were left with a bowed wall, a damaged brand new vanity that is still sitting in our garage uninstalled, never received trim, they never painted, and our outlet covers couldnt fit back on the wall because the wall was so wonky. Thankfully another company has fixed all these issues but restoclean has been criminal in the work provided and billing for the full project when on their last day on the job, the project was FAR from complete.

    We only charged for work that was completed.  The wall was "wonky" only due to the 4" pipe that was installed by a plumber that was hired by the homeowner.  Please list out any line items that were in the estimate that we did not complete and I will take them out.
