Bathroom remodel: Although we are happy with the finished product in our bathroom, we are unhappy with the communication we had with this company. We began our contract with this company on 8 April 2022. At that time we selected the products that we wanted to remodel our bathroom. We had minimal contact from Three Brothers despite numerous calls to check on the status of this job. Finally in May 2023, we were contacted and the remodel was to begin. It should have taken 2 weeks tops and was not completed until 6 weeks later. There was hiccup after hiccup and days that contractors did not show up or contact us to update us on their situation. We had no problem with the finished product done by the sub contractors they hired; were great and very skilled; (we have no complaint about that portion of this job). The major complaint we have is the communication with this company and the length of time it took to get this job completed. We will not choose this company again. They never sent a ******* out during this remodel to look at the work being done until they wanted to collect their money. Beware of who you select for these remodels.

I'm pleased to see hear you were happy with how the finished project looks.
I'm sorry you had a poor experience with how long it took and the management of the job. The representative who came to your house and helped you with the job was supposed to be the one overseeing the job. We had found out that wasn't happening and made some changes within the company to help ensure customer satisfaction.
We hope you give us another opportunity to show you the quality and management of our jobs

5 starsThree Brothers made all of our kitchen dreams come true! We had a vision and it became reality! We can not recommend these guys enough. From building all the new cabinets, to taking out the existing walls, to all the fine little details that make it ours. 5 starsWe had Three Brothers LLC. Come look at our windows. ************* and *************************** showed us windows and explained how everything worked. They were very helpful! They went through all the processes in detail and made sure we understood what was going to happen. We are very excited to get our new windows! 4 starsThree brothers began work in our home second half of April and (almost) finished end of May. The work done by their contractor **** was second to none...a beautiful job ****. They were paid for their work July 1 with the understanding that they had three more little teeny tiny things to finish -- "We'll be back." As of now (August 17) they have not been back nor are they responding to my texts to the sales person nor the operations manager. No response whatsoever. In spite of being very nice guys and having an excellent job done, it isn't finished and they have been paid for it (my fault for paying before the job was done). So I'm left with a lackluster feeling about their job.
