****** is unprofessional and disrespectful. Our mailbox broke and I put in a service request and contacted her and nothing happened to fix it. Me and my brother put our 30 day notice in at the same time in their website portal. After a couple weeks my brother got a hold of ****** on the phone to ask to see if they went through. She said that his did but mine didnt. I told her that I called her on the day I did it and she never responded. She said she saw the voicemail on her call log. After contacting her again she lied and said she hadnt received a call from me and she had call logs from up to 3 years. I bit the bullet and paid the pro rated rent. I made sure our place was clean and I took videos and pictures and even planned a move out inspection that she didnt show up to. We finally received our security deposit 2 months later after contacting her multiple times and barely getting any responses. We received less than half of our security deposit and she charged us for a furnace filter when we never received one during our move in and we replaced it twice during our time there. Shes very rude and manipulative I just dont want other people to experience what Ive experienced.
