    I called Gylling due to water damage and mold. They were originally quick to respond, the team member they sent out was very helpful and it seemed they were on top of things. Over a month into this (insurance check in hand, ready to go), they have been completely unresponsive. Don't answer or respond back to calls and emails. Thousands of dollars of equipment left here and absolutely no work started.

    We hired Gylling to remediate smoke damage in our house. The process took months to accomplish and our attempts to communicate with them were largely ignored. For example: they would promise to be there on a certain day, not show up at all, and we wouldn't hear from them for weeks on end. They promised two coats of paint, yet I can see through the paint on three of the walls. They left trash and old carpeting on the side of the driveway for over a month. The house still smells of cigarette smoke and Gylling's response was it was in the wood that would need to be replaced...even though he originally assured me the product they used would cover all odors.
