In September of 21 we met Austin Osmus owner of finesse diesel in ********* *****. Austin had told us that he could fix our F250 diesel and then it would be no problem. We gave Austin $10,500 to fix a low pressure and high pressure oil pump. It was to have a lifetime warranty. We didnt get the truck back until December ******************************************************************* March 8th 2022 while I was driving, the truck completely stopped. We called Austin and he had it taken to his shop where it sat for a year in March ****. We had went to the shop and told Austin that we needed the truck fixed. Austin made every excuse that he couldnt afford to fix it because it was under warranty and he didnt have the money and he had to fix other peoples cars so we gave him a little bit more time I mean 12 months is a long time to not have a truck fixed in May **** we received a call from the police department stating that Austin had abandoned our truck as well as many other peoples vehicles in a park parking lot and that it need to be moved. At this point austin had stopped answering our calls and Moved shops. We had our truck towed home and had another mechanic look at it. Austin was using our truck as a parts truck and was taking parts out of our truck for other vehicles he has now blocked us from contacting him and now I will be taking him to court to get my money and belongings back

What was agreed open was for them to replace my drive shaft, and AWD transfer case in my 2012 cts. I payed $1,317.67 out of pocket, insurance was set out to pay $3,379. They told me they could not do the work if insurance didnt pay first stating that insurance has screwed up in the past. So me and insurance both payed for the work to be done. They first quoted me on 2/17/23 and I payed on 2/27/23. At first I felt confident in them doing the work, but as of the last couple months they keep lying to me about when work will be done, or that they have my parts. Three weeks ago I went to their shop, they told me that they had the transfer case that was needed for my car and that it was in the back seat. I asked them to show me it. The owner of the shop started to get very irritated and left the shop. His employee led me to my vehicle where the part was nowhere to be seen. He called the owner and he said he didnt know where it was. He didnt know if it has even arrived to shop or has been ordered. Since this time every email, phone call, and text have been ignored. I have went to there shop at various times throughout the weeks and no one has been there. I have asked for a refund over text, email, and voice mail but have heard nothing back. Record number or my payment is # ********** Quote number #******.I would like a refund of my money and what insurance payed to take my car the other shop.

September 2022 Paid this business $1101.00 for 2 trucks engines with "lifetime warranty includ**... on labor and parts. 1st vehicle went in May 4th: **** duramax **** went in for engine work and a gooseneck ball install. Was told it had a bent frame after engine work was done so my truck would have to be "salvage" brand** and couldn't leave shop except on a trailer. I had another truck ne**ing engine work done as well, so ask** if the duramax could stay at his shop till the other truck was done, then I could trailer it to our property in Rockland. That was the deal. Truck 2 went in May 27th : **** **** f450. Got a bid of $7101.74 for engine work with lifetime warranty includ**, plus a $2000 engine with ******* miles on it, pull** from a wreck** truck to use for new engine. I gave him more than 1/2 the money up front before he would do any work on it it took me about 3 weeks to come up with that money. Wait** a month, 2 weeks in the hospital and a week after I got out he was wanting more money. I gave him another $1000 on July 5th. Wait** and text** regularly with no response. I kept asking for the keys to my duramax regularly we were going to tow it to our property. After no responses to texts for a solid week and a half I went up there to make another $1000 payment. I could not recognize my duramax! I had to call my insurance to check the Vin number. It has damage to the front end and both front fenders were chang** out or bondo-** heavily. Found reciepts for gas station and bank from ******* and lagoon tickets and other reciepts to prove he's been driving it everywhere! 2 of the employees stat** "he's been driving the s*** out of that duramax!" I was so mad! I told him I want** to take it. He said "tomorrow I have to get those tires off of mine off". Went back the next day gave him more money for the f450 leaving an $1800 balance on it. The Duramax wasn't done again. He said tomorrow again-we live 4hours round trip away. Got 50 miles on our way to have call off

On June 15 our truck broke down and we took it to Finesse now at ******************* in *********. We paid him $11095 for a New ****** Diesel engine. As of today July 26, 2022 we have no engine, according to the people at ******, they made 2 estimates but no engine was shipped when we spoke to them on the 25th of July. Austin Osmus the Owner answered our call on The 25th and when we told him the issue he said the engine was there. ****** assures us that no engine is there. Now Austin will not return or answer our calls. We live in ******** so I cant just go over. I want my $11095 dollars back and I will find a better place. I am sure that no work has been done on my truck.
