  No star should be a choice! They allegedly rebuilt the transmission on our ****. 200 miles later could not put in reverse. Brought back because the owner said it was under Warranty. 1 month later and no return phone calls or anyone found at shop we pick up the truck. Took to another shop that took apart Transmission only to find no new parts. So after $9000.00 paid to the owner we have to pay $10000.00 to another shop to actually get it fixed. Have notified police which seem to know of the owner and shop very well for the same issues. Also when new shop took apart transmission there was racist graffiti on the flywheel. Stay away from this owner who has now open another shop(which I do not know the name of).

  On November 16th 2022 my F350 broke down outside ********* *****. I was hauling ******* from ******* to *******. The truck and trailer were towed to Finesse Diesel Performance in ********* and diagnosed. Fuel injectors needed to be replaced. The repair was going to take a week maybe two because the parts needed to be flown in. ******* and the trailer were towed to ******* by one of the guys that worked at the diesel shop. He charged me about $1700.00 which I was happy to pay to get ******* safely to *******, So here is where the story takes a turn. My truck has been at Finesse Diesel Performance in *********, ***** as of January 16th 2023 for 2 months for a repair they told me would be done in a week or so. A week after the truck had been towed in the owner set up a date to bring the vehicle out to me and we agreed upon a price. He said he test drove it and everything was good except for a gasket that needed to be replaced. Turns out the truck hasnt started since it arrived which was what the issue was when it was towed in, so not sure how he drove it. I digress. He told me he was hotshotting empty into ********** and would put the truck on his trailer and bring it to me. He was to be here the weekend of November 28th 2022. He confirmed it with me twice and then never showed up. I waited all weekend, tried calling and texting and never heard back. In 2 months, he has answered my calls maybe 3 times. Absolutely ghosting me. I have sent a multitude of texts, as recently as today. I am ignored.I know 100% they get my texts and voice mails.My texts are simple. Can I please have an update on my truck. Thats It, any kind of update. If and when I do get a response it is generally sheer Bulls**t I need to almost stalk them to get any response. They have already charged me over $10,000.00 for parts and have not informed me of any of the other charges I may be incurring.
