    Ordered a custom 119. Initially came to me with a loose blade and corroded. Brass. Sent back for repair and the second time the brass guard was scratched. Sent back and still has scratches. All I want is a pristine high quality custom knife and Buck seems resistant to holding up their end of the deal. I wish I had gone with ***. Not sure why they will not honor their warranty. Especially for an expensive be custom knife. ******************* nostalgia, but warranties are clearly questionable.

    Im trying to give this company that I have loved for decades the benefit of the doubt, but I just dont know anymore. My custom ordered knife never made it to me. It was sent via US mail, apparently uninsured, and i never received it as it was stolen out of the locked mailbox with a skeleton key. Postal inspectors are no help despite the whole thing being on camera. I called and spoke with someone at Buck Knives and they said *************** you find your knife. Sounds like youve got a case against the post office. The post office is doing nothing. I filed an inquiry through PayPal, Buck Knives has not responded through PayPal either. I did get an email stating they would sell me another one for 50% off, but that means id be paying 150% for the knife as Ive not received a refund. All i want is the knife and its like pulling teeth. Postal inspectors couldnt care less. Buck Knives couldnt care less. I dont know what to do anymore Can i get a response from someone please? I seriously dont want to have to go the reverse charge route. **************** please? Its been months

    Send a buck knife in for repair that was falling apart and unknown to me was made in *****! They sent me back another one made in ***** after I told them I never wanted to own another made in ***** buck knife. I've owned but guys my whole life and only bought them because they were made in the US. I sent it back to them told them they could keep their ***** junk.

    Worst customer service experience EVER. Nobody answers the phone and when you finally do get someone on rare occasion they have no idea how to help. I returned an order over a month ago and still havent been refunded, left voicemails and called, spoke to two people and still no call backs, no follow up and i still have no refund.

    had a buck quick fire fall apart in my hand spring call finally reach warranty service lady said that model is junk i wont even replace it i send a sprint 840 to replace or give 55 dollar credit i said ill send this one and one more in and get the 501 squire she said thats perfect sends email month later giving you a 55 model no reply email i call 4 hours to get them to answer phone tell a lady who said warranty lady be in late but ill stop the shipping of 55 warranty lady calls said i have both your knives ill call you in 30 minutes calls me said it will be 88 dollars for difference i said your giving me 110 dollars credit on your website the 501 model is 69dollars yeah but im charging you msrp what thats crazy would only be 15 difference at two of them 30 dollars after agreeing month earlier to the 15 difference tries sending me one 55 model said well 501 model has rosewood and the 55 has regular wood um theres only a 10 dollar difference between the 55 and 501 rosewood model i would not trust them at all your not their family and their word means nothing
