    On April 14 I ordered some 90 degree brackets for framing. My checking account was debited for $31.00 on that day. On April 17 received C L Paks E-Z Frame Structures Your order is on the way (#*****) Your order is on the way. Track your shipment to see the delivery status. **** tracking number: ****************************** As of May 5 I have not received the order.I have called 3 times and sent 2 emails and have not had a single response from them.From **** ****************************** Copy Add to Informed Delivery Latest Update We were notified by the shipper to expect your package for mailing.     I placed an order with EZ frames on February 6 and March 23. Neither of my orders have shipped, even though I received confirmation of that the order was received and processed. The tracking number still states awaiting shipmentOn April 17th, I reached out to the company to cancel the orders. I received an email stating that one of the orders was cancelled, but I still have not received my refund. *****, who is the only person I have spoke to in this entire process, stated that it would take 5-7 business days for the refund to process. Can you please help me get to the bottom of this? I am waiting on about $600 to be refunded. I am happy to share any email correspondence with you.

    Transaction: April 13, 2025 Amount Paid: $179.75 (original price $221, discounted due to spring sale) + $330 in wood. EZ Frame Structures committed to shipping a frame-building kit within 510 business days, as stated on their website. The product ordered was essential to a larger construction project requiring specific materials (2x2x8 wood), which were purchased separately in anticipation of timely *********** of May 7, 2025, the order has not shipped. I have contacted EZ Frame Structures multiple timesemails sent on 4/22, 4/24, 5/5, and 5/7, and phone calls made on 4/24 and 5/5. The only reply I received was on 4/28, stating the item would ship in early May via two-day air. As of 5/7, the post office confirms they have not received the item. Additionally, I canceled the order on May 7 via voicemail and email, requesting a refund and asking for a timeline on when it would be processed. I have received no response.Aside from the one email on April 28, there has been no further communication from the company despite multiple attempts to reach out. They have not followed through on their updated shipping commitment or responded to my cancellation request and refund inquiry.EZ Frame Structures falsely advertises that products will ship within 510 days, and that customer emails will be responded to within 24 hoursneither of which has been honored. Additionally, on May 5, the company promoted a "Cinco ******* Flash Sale" despite not fulfilling existing orders. This is misleading and unethical.I am requesting a full refund of $179.75 for the unshipped product, and an additional $330 to reimburse the cost of 90 pieces of 2x2x8 wood that I purchased specifically for this kit. Due to EZ Frame Structures' failure to deliver the product or communicate in good faith, I had to change my construction plans and purchase alternate materials. Their lack of follow-through and misleading advertising have resulted in significant inconvenience and financial loss.

    I ordered brackets from them back in February, a few weeks later i was provided tracking number for a shipment that was newer sent.     Purchased a Basic Storage shed kit on 1/9/25. The kit helps to build a storage shed in which i purchased a large amount of wood for. After a few days of no update to the tracking # they provided, I emailed the sales team. The next day I called the company and left a voicemail. I have called and tried to make contact a few times. They do not answer both calls or emails. After 6 days no contact, and after reading many other similar complaints I decided to share this to help potential buyers. This is a very shady way to operate a business in 2025. I can understand if there is a backorder, however a shipping label was created instantly, and the shipping company has yet to receive it.

    I placed an order for a 1020 Standard Storage Shed Kit on November 27 2024. They sent me and email confirming my order and also sent a tracking number for **** tracking. It's been close to 3 weeks and **** says Still Waiting to Recive Package. They have not sent my kit yet. I have called many times and left messages and I have emailed many times requesting a cancelation of my order and a full refund of the $225.75 I spent on the shed kit and have not heard back from the company.

    Placed an order for greenhouse structure brackets on September 3. Checked the shipping status on the confirmation email two weeks later and it said is still in *****. Sent an email asking about the status and received no response. Sent another email requesting a refund- no response. I have called multiple times and there is no one there. They stole my $145.25.

    Ordered a ez frame kit on August 7. The following week had a shipping number. I emailed them to inquire about a possible ship date and they said it would ship within a week. Still to this day nothing has shipped. I have sent numerous emails at this point requesting information and a cancellation with a refund requested and nobody has responded nor has a refund been issued.
