    I ordered a coop from this company on august 9 2022. I reach out in concern the same day of the order because the note after paying said it might take weeks to get. When Reached out to cancel because I could not wait that long, they promptly responded that I didnt need to cancel my order that it would ship on august 11 2022. When no tracking or product was received I reached out again on august 19th and did not receive a response for day and was told it would ship in a few days. Since then I have left several message and emails and have not received a response or call back. It has now been over a month with no communication. I have animals that need to be sheltered and my funds to do that are tied up by this company and I cant get a response to get the item or my funds back. This item continues to show I stock on there site as well as major retails. So they continue to sell this item to the public when they are unable to fill orders on hand, and are holding credit card charges for over 30 days which is out side of PCI compliance.

    Ordered product on Aug 1st 2022, still has not shipped, no return phone calls 1 email was responded on Aug 30th after two weeks of waiting stating they product would be shipped "in a few days" still has not been shipped, nor have I received a refund.

    Ordered 10x12 greenhouse on June 11th. Order number ****. I have emailed and called on multiple occasions never had a response back from either method. I said that it was shipped **** on June 16 th. **** are still awaiting the item. I have received nothing. This is my tracking number ******************************. I have received nothing nor has ****.

    They agreed to cancel my order #****, and refund my account on 6/29/2022. They sent me an email canceling and refunding the order. It has been over a month, and the charges in the amount of ****** were never refunded to my account. I have called, emailed, and texted them on ********* but no one ever returns my call.

    This order has been cancelled by the customer. We are unable to refund after a certain time in our system. Please have the customer reach out to us directly so we can issue them a refund through Paypal or Zelle instead.
