    I have placed many orders with this company and usually have no issues but I placed an order a month ago and have not received any updates regarding shipping. If you look at their shipping and handling page it states that processing time is **** business days. I reached out via email to either have my items shipped or to cancel my order all together and refund me the $300.00 I spent. I immediately got a response back stating it will take ***** hours to hear back from someone regarding my request.. that was a week ago. Now anytime I email them regarding my order I get nothing back! Greatly disappointed considering how much money *** spent with this company!

    Im indifferent because the clothing I received are lovely, not amazing quality but nonetheless cute and what I ordered. I bought them at half off and Im happy i got it for the price i did because it would NOT be worth the price theyre charging. Something that i was confused about was that both dresses were different brands and not NanaMacs labels. This makes me less trustworthy of the brand.

    I ordered ELEGANT RUFFLED FLORAL MAXI DRESS (WHITE) size medium for my birthday along with a pink silk bodysuit. The bodysuit was thrown into the bag with no paper explaining what was in the bag; The bodysuit looked worn. Maybe it was used to model? (This bag was sealed and not tampered with when arriving at my home. The dress was never sent, and I have been going back and forth with the staff for over a week to get my dress or money back. I understand this is a popular clothing company , but obviously, the staff isnt paying attention while packaging items. This is a big issue, especially when youre asking more for things and customers dont receive them. I know this isn't the first time to happen. Do better!
