    WELLNEE, I will not waste another minute on you detailing what you've done. You know. You make a "business" out of allowing no review of orders (not one), no breathe to be taken after you've dramatically multiplied intended orders....and no remorse on your part.....just continued "business" as usual, despite 329 complaints (more as I write, including me) listed with Better Business Bureau (BBB), countless complaints wherever you look online....and a more-than-slick (slimy) approach to avoid any kind of direct contact with your customers. A blank wall, you present. I can only hope eventually you are stopped....in your ********** create great distress for those who desire only to relieve pain with your product. How can you do this?But what do you care....you have no real address (the one in ** no longer existing at a ************* facility) except for some mega-mailing center in ***** that distributes your product while you continue advertising and spreading your weblike tentacles, like something worse than a covid ********* "host" off others and have no human core.Enough is enough. Take a chance and see what running a business of integrity feels like and actually being a benefit to the world rather than coating yourselves in nothing but darkness and ************* credit card is holding you accountable, as well as a host of other agencies and people. ****after being extremely persistent and coming at Wellnee from every avenue and angle, an email was sent about reimbursement, but have yet to see this registed on my credit-card statement

    I deeply regret getting anything from this company. The day and time I ordered. I only ordered the knee brace for $30. They charged me $200 for other stuff I didn't even order. I immediately sent 3 emails saying I only wanted the knee brace and to cancel the rest of the order. Much to my surprise LOL I still was charged $200. Impossible to get ahold of thecompany to do a return. I imagine its because everybody else is trying to get their money back also. This place is impossible and a joke. Will never ever order from here again. And I hope everbody that sees this review takes it to **** and does not order from them either!!

    I purchased one knee brace only and answered no to all of the pop up for add-ons. The purchase price of the one item i ordered was under *****, when I placed my order the invoice showed that I had ordered several more items in the amount of ******. Within 10 minutes I followed instructions to cancel my order. I received an email back stating they couldn't cancel the order, it was already shipped. This company uses very deceptive click bait techniques and asks for your credit card before you place your order, once you place your order, in my case one single item, the credit card is already in the system and even trying to back out of the transaction cannot be completed. I am asking for a full cancellation and refund for order ******* *****

    Ive read the other reviews and this is exactly what happened to me, this is such scam fraudulent company. I ordered 1 pair of knee braces on July 4th 2025 and yes all these boxes pop up and I decline, decline, decline and when its all finished I get charged with a 2nd order and patches. I immediately email an cancel the total order. 3 days I send cancellation emails on Monday July 7th they send me a notice that the order has been processed and Ill need to wait till I take delivery to cancel order. Yesterday on July 22, I receive a notice that the product has been delivered, now I received 1 order with the one pair but the 2nd order isnt in my mailbox. This business is a big scam. Do not purchase anything from this bogus company.

    Like a fool I ordered the knee braces, but imagine my surprise when after I had paid some how ended up being charged for the knee pads. I immediately contacted them to ask to cancel my order due to this unauthorized item being included. I was informed sorry your order has been shipped and it cant be changed. But you can definitely return what you dont want after it arrives. Now I have to pay to return something I do not want and didnt order. But wait it gets better, they just told me hey keep the patches and we will return 50% of your money for them that way you dont have to go through the hassle and cost of returning them. Tell me how that makes sense. I will never do business with this company again and I will firmly encourage others not to make my mistake.

    This business only takes your mfor their profits. The knee brace and knee patches are a real joke. Nothing effective about these products. I wish I would've read reviews b4 I purchased them. No wonder they want you to pay for shipping because they know they are sending junk to you. Do your self a a big favor don't get caught up spending your money on garbage.

    Wellnee's online ordering overcharged me and charged me for products I did not authorize. I came on the site to order two knee braces at publicized 70% discount. After inputting my credit card info and trying to make final payment, the website kept directing me to another screen pitching purchasing another product or paying full price for the two braces. There was no other option and no exit. I could not get to a screen to pay for the two discounted braces and tried to escape the site. I then was charged for two orders of four braces and the patches. Bait and switch with no exit.
