    Around the 7th of July I ordered a knee brace from Wellnee. Just one knee brace . I believe the ad said $18.95 for 1 brace at that time. I did not receive a confirmation of the order with details of the order but a few days later I received an email with an order number and a tracking number which had very little details. On checking my bank account I see that ********************** had put through a charge of $81.00 to my account. The order number is *************. I dont know how to get in touch with the company and am wondering if I have been caught in a scam. I would appreciate your help.Thank you.***** ******

    ******** ******** are scam artist whose bussiness model is 'bait and switch'. Why should I have top pay for shipping it back when it is not what I ordered?

    I ordered one knee brace from this company on July 8th of 2025 and they charged me for two separate charges, one for $58.24 and the other one for $48.30. I have made multiple attempts at contacting this company by email messages and phone number and they do not respond to me. No delivery has been made and I want my money back.
