      We brought our trailer in for warranty work at Blue Dog Rv in *******, ** in November 2022, here we are 6 months later in April 2023 and we are back at square one. They "forgot" about our trailer for 3 months when we found out the parts had not even been ordered yet and then just have given ** the run around since. They told ** they have a new service manager and things will get turned around and that we are not the only ones in this situation, as they have someone who has been waiting 9 months. That does not make ** feel better. We have owned and used the trailer for 2 months and they have had it on their lot for 6 months for repair. We are paying on a trailer that we cannot use. The trailer is unusable because the outside door won't close. Oh, and they let our 3 batteries die while in their possession and will not pay for new ones. We contacted the manufacturer and they contacted Blue Dog to get a rush on the parts and work, but still nothing. When we call for an update, they bring up our account and say "Remind me what parts we ordered for you again" and then say they need to look into where our parts are and they will call ** back...Seriously??? We never receive a call back from them. SIX MONTHS and no end in sight!!!

      On October 23, 2022, we signed papers and took possession of 2023 ************* Imagine 3210BH Travel Trailer. We had originally planned looked at the camp trailer end of September 2022 and made a deal with Blue Dog RV in *****, ** to purchase this trailer. SInce we live almost 200 miles away, we would sign papers when we took possession of the trailer. After we left the dealership in September and were in contact with the dealer to set an appointment to pick up the trailer and take part in the walk through. We were informed we could only pick up the trailer the trailer up Monday-Fridays. This would not work for us as we lived almost 200 miles away. The dealership then agreed to allow us to pick it up on a Saturday. Due to picking it up on a Saturday the normal person who does the delivery walk through was not available. There for a salesman by the name of ******************* completed the walk through. Multiple parts of the walk through was missed. The salesman's did not turn on facets to show that there was water in the lines or push the sensor button to show there was water in the tank. We were not told there was water in the system. When we originally made the deal we were not told that water is put into the system as part of the predelivery inspection, nor were we given any literature that communicated this. Two weeks after taking possession of the of the trailer, there was a early snowstorm. That caused freeze damage due to water being in the lines. If we had known we would have drained the lines and tanks, prior to taking it to be winterized. Due to not being told about the water, we have major damage to the camp trailer. The dealership is refusing to take any responsibility. We are now going to have to pay more than $5,000 in repairs. Their repair shop, wont even tells us the extent of the damage. We have asked the dealership to work with us to make it right. They are refusing.

      We purchased a brand new 2023 forest river Cherokee ****** wolf suite ****, and right off the bat after it was delivered it has electrical issues, peeling on the walls, a chair that couldn't hold one person's weight, leaking in the bedroom slide, and a whole list of other inconveniences, that when we tried to request they get fixed, no one would do anything to honor the one year warranty, nor reimburse us for the work we already did to try and fix the **** thing. After seeing all the other complaints I'm a bit upset to find this company has done shady things like this before.

      We bought a ****************************** 8/2021. We took it camping for 2 days and there was water leaking out of the shower wall, a hole in the wall, a blind broke, and the fire alarm went off every time we tried to use the oven. The service **** had our trailer for weeks and when we picked it up they said they fixed the hole and blind but never found the leak in the shower and thought it was fine. We took it home only to find the shower wall was still leaking so we had to return it. They could not find the leak until my husband went into the trailer and showed them where it was they finally fixed it. Then in 2/2022 we took it out over night. The battery was dead so we had to turn our truck on to use the electricity. We turned on the heater to find a horrible burning smell and had to turn it off. My husband was cooking the flame on the cooktop went out and when he went to re light it the oven burst into flames! I had to carry 3 screaming kids out of the trailer! It has been in their service shop since 2/2022 We have been making payments for 16 months on something we cant use. They originally said it would ***********-12 weeks to finish, it has now been 11 months. I call every month and no one ever returns my phone calls or messages. The stove part arrived months ago, I called 12/22/2022 and spoke to the manager ***** he told me the oven part was there, but no one ever ordered the hose needed, also our counter top was ordered 2 months ago but they did not have a tracking # so did not know when it would be there. He offered to order the hose and put the oven together so we could use the trailer but it would be with out a counter top and we would have to come back when it arrived. It is a 3 hour round trip for us to go up there each time. He said he would look at my acct and call me back at 4:30 with the tracking # and more info but of course he never called me. They also need to fix the heater but cant until the oven is fixed because it is all attached to the propane.

      On November 2021 we purchase a keystone Springdale mini from blue dog RV, on the date of purchase we noticed a few repairs that needed to be made the sales person notated them and stated to make an appointment, we then contact the company and made an appointment for December 10,2021 we went to the appointment that day and was told to leave the Rv for a few days for the repairs, when we went back a few days later to pick up the ** nothing was repaired they stated the parts needed to be ordered. Months went by and we tried contacting the company via phone with no luck. In July I went to the company yet again and they stated I needed to make an appointment so I was made and parts were 7/16/22 and as as of today 11/23/22 we still have not had any communication with blue dog RV for any repairs that need to be done. With now the warranty expired Im very frustrated with the service I have received. I would like to return the ** and a full refund of all payments made for an ** that my family has not been able to enjoy. I have further emails and documentation if needed.

      bought a 2022 ************ 303rls on 07/14/22 at Blue dog RV ***********************************************. Paid the *************** tax of ****** and Registration fee and three day perment cost $134,00 *************** DMV says Blue dog never sent them the money. Blue dog says they did send it on 07/28/22 . We have called Blue dog many times trying to resove this problems but seems to be getting the runaround. So 4 month later we are still unable to use are RV because we cant get plates for it..

      We sold ****** that we had originally purchased at blue dog RV that had an extended warranty. When we sold the unit and we tried to get refunded for the remainder of our extended warranty, but we had a contact blue dog RV I have called several times sent a few emails and had no response until the last time I called when I was given the email address for the company that supposedly bought them out. Email that person and still receive no response. I looked online called the company and still no response at some point they have to take responsibility and pay people back.

      We purchased a brand new trailer from Blue Dog Rv in Medford. When we brought it home we noticed a orange size bubble on the back and other small things. We took it in while in warranty in 2019. They took photos and said it was documented but they said to wait until it got worse because a delaminattion was a involved process on a flat side trailer. So since they took photos and documented it we assumed it would not be a problem. We'll the bubble grew 3 times it size . So 2021 I went in to the service department to schedule it to be fixed. Talked to ***** who said I see the photos let me talk to my boss *****. Well months went by with no calls. So then I talked to his boss ***** who said I will make sure this gets taken care of and he disappeared. So I talked to **** at the sales and he said I'm sorry you have been dealing with this for a year so I'm going to give you ******************* number. Who is the top guy. Finally thought this would get fixed. He talked to me alot in the beginning stating they were talking to ***** because they did not want to fit the bill by themselves since it was a factory defect. Then he also disappeared because ***** said they never turned it into warranty like they said. I don't care who pays it but it should not be me since we did what we needed to do and went in when it was brand new. They have the photos and dates even though ***** said they lost them. They magically found them when I said I was going to take them to small claims. When I called the service place 2 days ago to find out what results they had. I was informed the only one I could talk to Is ******************* the regional manager and now he won't return my calls. We purchased this trailer new so we would not have problems with them having a local service department. Or so we thought. They do not stand behind their trailers even when they are new.

      We bought the an rv last weeks of august in 2021, we bought a protection that was supposed to protect our vehicle call seal coating that heal the rv be protected by water damage and sun damage over all. That cost us around $1,800 dollars. We have call and left message they have not answer or return our call. We spoke with some in the department and told us that some from financial will give us a call.

      -Constant runaround on repairs on our Brand NEW 2022 camper covered by warranty.-Email communication and pictures that were taken at initial inspection at the time of purchase have disappeared on there end, but we have them and tried to provide them. - Half assed repairs that they said are repaired are not repaired.- Keeping the camper for repairs and only completing a couple of any halfway and marking them complete. - Attempting to hold the list of factory issues pointed at the time of purchase until the warranties are no longer covered so "we" the buyers are responsible. - Absolutely horrible customer service questions and concerns we ate told to deal with the manufacturer..
