      Needed to make adjustments, accidentally hit wrong pick up point. They wanted to charge me 55 dollars to change it. I took Lyft to the dropoff location, waited over an hour. Bus came on time, drove right past me. I went to pick up my suitcases and bus left. Payed over ************************************************ internet.

      It is a very bad company where they did not care about the customer, the bus broke down at 3 am. We had to wait for 1 hour, they came to help, there was no air, and it was very cold. They had us waiting in the cold... now We were late, I missed my bus and they were not responsible. They just left us in *****.They abandoned ** there, they don't care.

      This is the most horrible transportation company I have ever dealt with. The driver was 1 hour and 45 minutes late picking up from the ***************** to St. ******. The driver was very jittery and anxious and extremely annoyed that passengers were upset they waited so long. He claimed to have gotten lost?? But showed up with a friend/passenger who was very apparently of questionable ethics- she was also very jittery and anxious. The ride back to St. ****** was extremely unpleasant to say the least. Myself, as well as another passenger paid the $20 fee for door to door service- only to find out upon arrival at a very sketchy dark parking lot in St. ****** that meant a taxi driver in a dilapidated taxi would be driving us home. When we arrived and I told the driver that I had paid for door to door- he said he never heard of such a thing. I went into the office where the lady at the counter did come out and inform him, as well as the taxi driver that we (myself and the other passenger) had door to door service. This was both annoying for the driver and taxi person- as clearly the taxi driver was randomly hanging out in a dark parking lot waiting for something- I dont think it was passengers. I chose not to try to figure out what extra curricular activities were going to take place at 2:30am in a dark parking lot, preserve my safety and ended up calling a family member to pick me up. If hitchhiking is an option, or walking or coming up with any other mode of transportation- I would highly recommend choosing any alternative before risking your safety, sanity and time with the Salt Lake Express Shuttle.

      My daughter waited for a shuttle that arrived 45 minutes late. Since SLE does nothing to inform paying customers that they are running late, we had no way of knowing whether or not the shuttle was ever going to pick her up. I decided to call to inquire but was on hold for close to an hour before customer service picked up. **************** cut me off before I even finished a sentence. Additionally, she said that she was sorry my daughter had to wait a minute but they had to get 200 college students home. When the driver arrived, he made zero mention of being 45 minutes late. Instead, he made passengers pull out other passengers luggage because he has a bad back and cant handle any luggage. I was so upset by the lack of good service that I asked for a manager to give me a phone call. While I was promised this would happen, it has not happened, even though I left a second message on the managers voicemail.

      Horrible company. They contract with Greyhound in ****/****** ******. I took them via a Greyhound ticket. They never even showed up to pick us up. Did not even get a warning or reason why. And made people get stranded at the Sparks bus station. They are ran by a bunch of rude ***** country religious people who don't care for anyone.

      Part 1 - Rode on a rickety bus from *** to *********... took longer than expected because the driver was taking bribes to drop people off at their hotels between **************** and *****.Part 2 - Disgruntled driver to *******, my final destination, walked off the job; leaving SLE without a way to pick up passengers. **************** lied repeately about the timing and situation. Stranded at the ********* airport for over 10 hours.Part 3 - Forced to buy an airline ticket back to SLC, SLE refused even a partial refund, missed my business meeting in Tonapah. Worst travel experience of my life (and I travel a lot)

      Today else I was getting ready to leave I chose together Salt Lake express, they've always had great shuttles and great service. However, today was not the case walking into their office. It was extremely dirty, all the seeds and everything were stained. It just looked like a really kind of disgusting place. When we got into are Van had to stop more than 8 2 put coolant. Because it was leaking coolant. And also the shuttle was insanly rumbling like it was pverdue for an alignment. Very scary trip! Also im handicappedand they didnt have a stool to climb up into the bus. I ended up hurting myself reallybadly..and broke my foot coming down hard onnthe payment. I ended up actually missing my plane. And I left with 4 hours to get there. So I ended up taking the shuttle to be able to get to where I was. Missing my plane which would be Alpine Valley, *********************. We were dropped off at a small gas station in the middle. Nowhere that didn't open app until 3 o'clock, so if you need to go pay your So L. The room had the paint pillion floors were dirty. Trash was overflowing and absolutely no heat. I was freezing to death. Also, but I'm not having the store open or any kind of security camera to help for the safety. Being a female in the dark in the middle nowhere was very scary. I don't know what happened to Salt Lake. Express how they could go downhill all of a sudden but it is very sad and I will never go through them again.How could you risk your customer's safety like that? Put a small room on the side of a gas station OK but have a heat, have a security bar or somewhere you know, you could lock the door she needed to. It was very scary and I will include photos. It's nasty. W A S T E. OF TIME!! FOOT IS BROKE!!!

      The driver "unfortunately forgot" to pick us up. We were told by a passenger on another of their shuttles that the driver often forgets to pick up people at this location and that I should call SLE. When I called I was told that "unfortunately, the driver forgot to stop in our location". They only offered me a seat on the next shuttle which was 2 1/2 hours later and would be too late for us to catch out flight. When I insisted that they do something (send a pre-paid Uber or taxi) they refused. The customer service person even said "You're not my boss!". Fortunately for us we had friends who were willing to drop everything and take us to the airport 80 miles away. I was refunded for my tickets, and offered $40 for a future (but not my return) ride. I asked for my return fare to be refunded and to be given a complimentary ticket for my return, but was refused. Very poor customer service for a company who claims to be "reliable".

      Terrible customer service. My wife is stranded in ********* because a driver failed to stop at a transfer station. They are taking no responsibility and are claiming false reasons for the non-pick up. Unbelievable. They will not address the issue and will not respond as my wife sits in *********. Absolutely terrible. Borderline criminal.
