      I wish there was an eighth of a star rating for this company. My sons purchased tickets to travel from the ********* Airport to Elko and back for their visit to me at Christmas. One son discovered (after several calls to the bus company) that the afternoon route to Elko no longer existed (Dec. 17). He had not been notified of this and had to stay overnight in a motel so he could catch the morning route the next day.My other son cancelled his first ticket as he was planning to use that same afternoon scheduled route to Elko on Dec. 20. He was not given a refund, only a credit (as if he'd use this bus line again). He also had a ticket from Elko to the Salt Lake Airport on the morning of Dec. 28. The bus never showed up and when he finally was able to speak to a customer service rep 3 hours later, they said they knew nothing about the bus no-show. Again, no refund on the ticket, just a useless credit. (My son ended up leaving town by ****** and arriving in Salt Lake in the early hours next day.) Altogether, my sons had to spend about $500 extra because of non-existent notifications and negligence by this company. My advice is DO NOT TRY to USE THEIR SERVICES

      DO NOT USE. Worst customer service experience of my life. Delayed by many hours, we missed out flight, and no communication was given. **** SEVEN emails just to get a reply, and we never got a single apology. Got some money refunded but an arbitrary amount. The driver also endangered our lives by driving extremely dangerously and illegally. Do not use. I repeat DO NOT USE.

      This company changes drop-off and pick-up locations at the last minute without proper notification. Their website partners (Greyhound Bus lines) do not provide the right information about pick-up and drop-off locations leaving you stranded. Calling the **************** phone number you are put in a long queue during service times. When I first called at 7:50 AM I was number 7 and on hold for 15 minutes until giving up. The next time I called I was caller 13!Hoping to book with another carrier I purchased a Greyhound ticket later finding out it was SL Express! I was left stranded again due to incorrect information from the Greyhound website and my ticket.I am hoping to get a refund for my Greyhound (SL Express) ticket. I will never use them again.

      This company is awful. They overbook trips to airport and I'm told by people working there they do this all the time. On 7-22-2022 we paid for a trip from *************** **** to ********* airport. We got there at 6:30AM for an 11:30 flight to *******, **. My son and myself. He had a broken collar bone and head wounds, I was taking him home. Well they had 4 of us who couldn't get a seat. They were no help in finding us another way. We called different rental cars, ********. It would have cost us $400. They should have at the very least had another bus available since they do this all the time. Just to leave paid customers like this is unthinkable. No excuses like I got from them.
