    I ordered 6 shelves (various sizes) from Zero Center Floating Shelves on 7/6/22 in the amount of $810.37 (order #****) which was debited from my credit card on 7/8. Their voicemail indicates there is a 3 to 4 week delivery time and I started contacting them at the end of July asking for an ETA on the items. They have a phone number but no one ever answers the phone nor do they return voicemails. I was only able to contact them through email which I was successful the first two times advising them that I was looking for a delivery time to which they responded it is in the building process. The second notification they sent me approximately two weeks ago was the items were in the shipping department. When I requested two days ago for a delivery date there was no response! I have subsequently disputed the charge on my credit card and I am now reporting to the Better Business Bureau that this business is lacking in many many areas.

    We ordered 4 floating shelves 9/26/21 (order number ****). When they arrived 2 of 4 shelves were damaged. It took longer than expected to get assistance with getting a replacement but the new shelves did finally arrive. Unfortunately 1 of 2 were also damaged. I contacted the company and provided pictures on January 4th 2022. I received a response on January 11th, 2022 saying they would send a replacement and that we could use the damaged one until the replacement arrives. Since January, I have sent 8 emails. I got a few responses saying it would be looked into or a new one would be sent but nothing has been resolved. I have also asked if it is easier to provide a refund we would accept this resolution. The last email I sent was 7/25/22 and I received no response. Ideally, we would like a new shelf. If this is no longer possible, we would accept a refund for the shelf ($326.23).
