    As I was in the process of ordering the communication was excellent. I purchased four ****" x 12" x 26 5/8" knotty Alder shelves with a custom finish to match my existing cabinetry. The shelves arrived in a timely matter, 4 weeks, and were packaged very well. The finish was also beautiful. The area I was installing them was 27" and had 3 studs in that space but the bracket doesn't extend across the entire back of the shelf therefore I had to use toggles to anchor the shelves to the wall. After sliding the shelves onto the brackets, the shelves continued to sag at the front. I reached out to the owner and voiced concerns, he thought that possibly I hadn't installed them level. I took pictures of the level bracket and post. My ********* felt as though the 6" post wasn't long enough for the 12" deep shelf given the weight of the shelf. Eventaully I called in a contractor because I was struggling to get them to not sag. He too felt as though the posts weren't long enough. He said they'd need to be anchored to the neighboring cabinet. One of the shelves holes in the back were not drilled level and the bracket was bowed. I'm now stuck with a shelf I have to install with a L bracket. When I sent the owner pictures of that, all communication came to an end. I would highly recommend that buyer beware and order from another manufacturer.

    Read a few reviews after I placed my order and I was concerned. It did take 5-6 weeks to receive my shelves, but I have no complaints. I was emailed timely on my order and was given a tracking number when they shipped. Shelves were packed well and had no damage. They were easy to hang and they look fantastic!

    Buyer Beware !Product looks nice on their site and offered many customizable options. Pricing seems fair.However, their customer service is non existent. I understand short staff with covid and supply chain issues. But they NEVER returned phone message and emails. I ordered and paid on June 17. I am also a small business owner and understand the issues, but if I handled my customer service this way, I would be out of business. Finally received an email after 5 weeks that my shelf shipped, but No Tracking number. Have tried repeatedly to get tracking number no reply. Now 7 weeks, they supplied a Tacking number which is idle at *** for 5 days. Are they a scam?? All I want is my shelf or full refund......Horrible experience.
