      ***BEWARE*** We ordered cheer uniforms packages. We only received 1/3 of the shoes, ************* The cheer shoes were NOT even the SAME BRAND so the girls do not match!!! The company was very difficult to deal with & refused to replace the incorrect size cheer uniforms. They are a THIRD PARTY SELLER & DO NOT HAVE ANY UNIFORMS at their disposal to correct the errors of their supplier!!! They came in incorrect & way to small. The ***** was EXTREMELY rude & said it was NOT HER PROBLEM when they got shipped or if we even received them before the end of our season!!!! Very sad & poor business practices!!!

      Details in this review are inaccurate. The complete order has been delivered. The accessories for her custom sized athletes were sent shortly after the standard sizes athletes. The customer requested to exchange 1 pair of Sidezone size 3 shoes for a size 4. The Sidezone does not come in this size, so we offered to substitute it with another brand. That was accepted before the shipment went out. There should be no surprise from the customer there. The ******************** that she claimed were made incorrectly were inspected. Each was found to be made exactly as ordered. I informed her that she was seeking an exchange and that we do not offer exchanges on custom garments. She began making legal threats and using slander as an extortion technique to obtain free uniforms. She was upset that we could request, but not guarantee rush production on a fill-in order, stating that they were halfway through their season. My response was that we cannot control when the order was originally placed. It was NEVER stated that it was not my problem. This is a fabrication posted to punish *** for not giving free uniforms.
