    North County Electric, Sandpoint, *****, severely overcharged us. We were given an estimate for an 8 hour job. It took only 4 hours. This was hotly and angrily disputed until we provided security camera proof that the employees were at our site for only 4 hours. So we were charged $440 for time the employees were not on site. We are approximately 30 minutes from North County Electric. So that is an hour of two-way transportation cost. We were willing to double that and pay for two hours, which should have resulted in removing $220 from our bill. We did pay for the entire amount because of threats of placing a lien on our property. We have asked North County Electric to refund the $220 with no response at all.
