I had purchased a classic car from MGM Classic Cars about 4 years ago. Since then I have had nothing but costly repairs and was greatly mislead.I had reached out to them in 2024 and was told it was as is. I have spent over 10K since then including a new engine. The were problems started about 2 months after I received the car. I have less than 200 miles on the car since receiving it due to it being broke down for one issue or another. After reading all the reviews lately I think a class action lawsuit is in order.

Miss represent vehicle, I purchased a 1969 firebird for 42k. The video was creatively edited and narrated to disguise the true condition of the car. Dash, seats, and rear fracked are not bolted in. A/C does not work. Car is undrivable. Condition was misrepresented. Highly dishonest sales person.

I bought a car for $20,000. It came to my house with no door box. You couldnt even lock the doors. It had no heat. He did not say thatin the description I offered to come look at the car and he said they would ship it did not tell me nothing was wrong with car so once I finally got him to take the car back, he wouldnt give me no money back so I had to take another car off of his lot. I chose a 96 Impala super sport he changed the car and sold it outfrom underneath me after he already had my money and I had took another 96 Impala super sport that I didnt agree on With ****** more miles for the same amount of money and when I contacted him, he said the only thing he could reimburse me wasfor a battery because it wouldnt start when it came off the truck and it had no gas. This is the worst experience I ever had buying car and he needs to be stopped. Hes ripping people off. I see theres multiple complaints. It says the business is not active, but he is very well active.

I purchased a vehicle from *** on November 2nd 2024. I inquired about the car online. I was not able to make it to the dealership to view car. **** the sales man had made videos and had around 104 pictures of the car. He then called and asked if I would put a 500$ holding fee on the car. I asked if the car was goin to be sold and his reply was yes and I wanted to offer it to you first. Now looking back I feel they wanted this car gone and told me that so I would put the non refundable holding fee down. Many safety issues when the car arrived. I had told **** about these and he never replied. I filled out a ****** review of the poor quality and service of ***. Then they wanted to talk to me about the issues. I explained that I only want the safety issues addressed so I can drive and enjoy the car without worrying about being stranded or worse. the total for these repairs was 4200$. Peat had told me that he didnt reply because he just didnt. Also stated that he thought I had buyers remorse. I told him that these issues were not listed and not in the pictures provided. He stated that the owner wanted to know what would make me happy so I sent him the cost of 4200$. He came back with 500$. I replied wow I guess Ill take what I can get. I figured they wouldnt do anything so that was better than nothing. *** sent me a docusign email stating they would issue me a 500$ refund check it also included that I had to remove my review and that I could not post any review of them on any platform or I would be sued for 5X the amount plus legal fees. I replied back to **** that I would not be singeing anything that stated I could not leave the review they deserved. My freedom of speech is worth more that 500$. *** then came back to say how about 1000$? I replied no. A few days later I asked if they still wanted to make it right and **** said that 1000$ is all there willing to offer and that if I wanted to sell the car they would put it up for sale on consignment.

Transaction date was April ******* I gave a deposit of $35,000.00 (total price $65,000.00) to MGM Classic cars to build me a 1970 Chevelle. I tried calling ****** and he would not return my calls. On August 1, I sent a text requesting him to call me. His response on vacation back in 2 weeks. I tried calling, again no call returned. On 8/22/2023 I sent text asking him to call me regarding the 1970 Chevelle. Again, no call I tried calling again, no call returned. I sent text on 9/11 telling him that it's important for him to call me to discuss the 1970 Chevelle and reminded him that I gave him $35,000.00 on 4/21/21. His response, absolutely I'll be back the week of the 18th. then he called me (accidentally while I was showering) I have the recording. On 9/20 I called and then texted, please call me. He texted I am at an auction and return the following week. I responded " I have been patient waiting for my car but more important you won't call me and I can't think of any good reason why. His response " we are currently working on cars, once we have it to the halfway point we will contact you. My response " Are you working specifically on my car? He said yes. I said I would still like to talk to you. On 10/30 I tried calling no response but he sent text saying " I am at an auction, if you have questions send them over. On 10/31/24 I sent text, " I was a FF for almost 24 years now retired and was looking forward to the 1970 Chevelle. That I gave you a$35,000.00 deposit to build the 1970 Chevelle for me. That you won't talk with me. I don't trust you (at 1/2way point I'm supposed to send another $25,000) I'm not giving you any more of my money. I want my money refunded to me. He said that he would refund me and after months of false statements trying to get my money back, I received $5000.00 on 2/2/24 and $7500.00 on 3/11/24. He was supposed to send $7500.00 in Apr. May and June, nothing!!! Balance owed is $22,500.00!!! He's had my money for over 3 1/2 years!!!

I bought a 1969 Camaro which they claimed it was a big mortar 565 coming to find out. There was a little issues of gas leaks in the carburetor. The mortar was leaking oil and did not get a title for the past four months I had to wait Because they made mistakes on providing the title so winter came by could not take the car out did not register it till this summer this summer I took the car out didnt sound too good my ***** said we should change the cam put a bigger cam and the carburetor in there so we said OK. We stripped the mortar. The mortar becomes a 502 instead of you my issue is that day said it was a 565 which is not true. They lied to me the owner the sales person theyre all hiding under the rock right now. I tried calling them many of times and they wont respond. they know theyre wrong for what theyre doing. Theyre just ripping people off .

    To whom it may concern:

Please see supporting documents. The customer is confused on a 502 vs 565.  A 502CI Motor is Bored and Stroked to a 565CI.  Based on our knowledge of this vehicle. This is what was done. Also, this customer was invited to our dealership to view vehicle and have inspected per his choice.  We try to be as transparent as possible when selling Classic Cars that are ***** years old.  We provided disclosures and options to ALL our customers and have them sign an acknowledgment as receipt for options that are given to them.

Please See documents and signed acknowledgement by the customer ***********.

I bought a 1970 chevelle from MGM on 3/25/24. After negotiating the price. My sales *************** explain to me the cars are as is but they charge a $1131.00 recon fee that covers refurbishing the vehicle of anything needing repaired or replaced and the detailing. And that they also charge a second fee of $1332.00 for a vehicle inspection to make sure the vehicle is mechanically safe and street ready upon delivery to me. Vehicle was delivered on Friday 3/29/24 evening. I got to take it out the next day Saturday 3/30/24. Vehicle would not start up. After jumping it, I decided to drive to the local gas station. When I pulled into the gas station, which is 3 miles from my house, I noticed the back tire was tight up against the frame of the vehicle. Causing the tire to smell like burning rubber, wearing off the sidewall. Vehicle was also overheating running at 215. I Limp the vehicle back home immediately. Vehicle was running terribly. Both Rearview mirrors, wouldnt stay up while driving and fell down chipping the paint. I pulled the vehicle into my garage and noticed vehicle was leaking HEAVY power steering fluid. Oil drips both from rear differential. Went to check the oil the oil was jet black had never been changed. Along with multiple other issues But I dont have room to list them on here. Monday morning first thing 4/1/24 ***, the owner of MGM reached out to me for a review and I told him about all my issues with the vehicle and that the vehicle was delivered, broken down and not street ready . *** text me and said get the vehicle into a shop and he will assist me with repairs. After getting the vehicle into the shop and getting it back on 4/18/24. I sent invoice $1556.75 from mechanic to *** and ****. *** never got back to me once after repeatedly trying to get a hold of him. ****, the salesman gave me the runaround on every excuse in the book from *** being out of town multiple times to him being out sick, and then he disappeared and never answered me.

On January 18, 2024, I went to MGM classic cars to look at vehicle I saw on their website. I liked the vehicle and started proceedings to purchase it. I didn't have the down payment amount he was asking so I told him I'd be back in a couple of days. He (*************************) told me that in order for him to hold the vehicle I'd need to leave a five hundred (******) dollar DEPOSIT on the car so I did that. A day later I was showing the vehicle to a friend on MGM classic cars website and noticed the price of the car had been increased by about eight thousand (*****) dollars and then (*******************) began calling me and raising the down-payment amount and that's when I changed my mind about the vehicle and informed (*************************) that I wouldn't be able to come up with the money and would like to have my deposit back, he agreed and told me no problem that he'd take care of it. That is when I started getting the run around. I was never informed that the deposit was nonrefundable, had I known that I wouldn't have given the deposit.
