    I had an extremely unprofessional experience with the owner ******. I'll admit that our bank issued checks incorrectly, it was a situation beyond our control. The bank uses an automated 3rd party to issue a check and something broke. I overnighted new checks and they were cashed. The bank pulled the funds from an incorrect account which was not an organizational account. Despite rectifying the issue in a timely fashion, we received a series of disrespectful and unprofessional emails from them. Again, this was not in our control, we called the bank and verified and they still sent the check from the incorrect account. Some of the comments included calling us stupid and advising us to leave accounting to the pros, along with other derogatory remarks. This kind of communication is not acceptable, especially from a business. After reading multiple other reviews, its clear that our experience is not unique. Others have reported similar issues with unprofessional communication. Just read the owners responses to the reviews. He hides in plain sight. He threw temper tantrum and decided to illegally revoke our warranty. He also keep molds that are custom to us as a final coup de ****** He also threatened a lien even after we paid. We even offered to cover additional fees but nothing would satisfy this guy. We apologized and promised to rectify the situation for future work, but he was not interested. I would strongly advise potential customers to be cautious when dealing with them.
