    Horrendous!!! I will never ever buy appliances with ***** again! They damaged my ******* gas dryer and my flooring delivering it. Its been 30 days and I have called so many times that I know 4 people at the call center by name. I am exhausted trying to get the dryer switched out. No return calls, you dont know their coming because its not the day they were scheduled or they call the wrong number and I dashed home and they left! Supposed to be scheduled tomorrow but they came yesterday. I called yesterday, someone was supposed to call me back in 4 hours. Its now 24, no call. They had record that it was even scheduled tomorrow and now, I have no idea if their coming or not. This is my 2nd call today being on hold for 20 plus min because I was disconnected on the earlier call. Another ********************** hold! I will be going to Lowes today and I will be taking this complaint as far up the channel as possible if I have to get an attorney involved, I will. I cant believe ***** uses them with all the complaints posted on line. Find another company!!! 3k for a washer and dryer and this is by far the absolute worst service I have ever encountered in my life and I am 51. I would have rathered used a dolly and walked them here myself as to deal with such an inept and unconscionable group.

    Spirit Logistics a third party delivery service for ******. They are horrible, they didn't deliver my appliances from ****** on two separate occasions in 2 weeks. Waisted 12 hrs of my time waiting for delivery on two different days in 2 weeks. They never showed and never called me to let me know anything. Worst delivery service ever. Definitely not reliable.
