  Davis Roofing recently replaced the roof on my single family home, and I'm delighted. I do a lot of homework upfront to select a contractor for major projects, and this one was no different. Davis Roofing was even better than I expected, and I love the new roof. Every customer experience before, during and after the installation was excellent. They are knowledgeable, honest, effectively communicate, and do great quality work at a fair price. *** Davis listened effectively to my concerns, answered all my questions clearly, and was onsite to make the sure things went well. Great crew onsite did top notch quality work. ****, in the office, was always responsive to answer questions and coordinate. The use of their own crane and dump trailer made the project quicker, and they finished easily within a day, as promised. I was very concerned with tear-off debris in my exhaust fans, but the crew prevented any issues, as promised. Just examples of their customer focused attention to detail. WELL DONE, Davis Roofing!!

  Davis Roofing was great to work with! They were responsive with questions I had and were very nice.The guys who installed the roofs on my garage and house were great, efficient and quick. They showed up by 7:15 and were done before 5:15 pm. The crew was about 10 guys and they pretty much worked non-stop.The roof looks great, too! I highly recommend Davis!

  I'm in a townhouse in Wheeling and my association hired Davis to install all new roofs in our complex. This was a major contract for them but they came in and did things as fast and cheaply as possible. After speaking to many neighbors, it is obvious that 50% of us have had problems and even though the roofs are under warranty, Davis is charging for repairs. This is the 4th time I had to call the association as there were water spots over my backdoor and going into my kitchen. One of the owners came over to inspect and walked in, took one look, and said it was from my skylights and it wasn't covered and turned to walk out. I had already seen where I thought it was coming in. I said " Bullshyt, it's right here" went to show him and he became agitated as words were spoken. He bullrushed me shaking his fist threatening to kick my a$$. He then tried to headbutt me but only hit my nose. As there was no blood or witnesses, the cops wouldn't do anything. I am now left without any solution due to Davis roofing even after being assaulted by the owner.

  Davis Roofing & Construction would like to tell you the facts regarding the negative comments and review written by ***************. Davis Roofing and Construction performed a 3-year roofing and gutter replacement project at the ************** townhome complex in ********, **. This project was designed and supervised by an engineering firm and the ************** maintenance team. The engineer inspected all the completed roofing work on each building. There was nothing cheap about the project. The skylights on the buildings were old existing self-flashed skylights. The project only included changing the skylights to new Velux skylights if the individual homeowner paid for new skylights which we were providing at a discounted rate. The association and all the unit owners were aware before the project started that if the existing skylights were not changed, Davis Roofing and Construction would not be held responsible for leaks around and below the old skylights. There have only been 3 reported leaks that have occurred out of the 88 buildings which have all been documented with work orders from units that have old existing skylights. Davis Roofing & Construction, at no charge to the association or unit owners, have sent technicians to caulk the old skylights. The technician that sealed Mr. ** S skylights was not an owner of Davis Roofing & construction and has been a long-term employee for many years. During this service call ************** went into the unit to view where the water stains were and saw that they were in the same spot as the other two previous skylight leaks. When the owner (******) was told that the water stains on the drywall originated from his skylight, He responded with profanity, vulgarity and became verbally abusive towards **************. ************ chased ************** down the driveway to his truck where the alleged bulrush occurred while ************** was trying to close his truck door and leave the site. The above information is completely accurate and can be verified by the ************** maintenance and management team.

  Great communication, options and the work was excellent. Very happy to have chosen Davis Roofing & Construction to replace our old roof. The roof is rather large and steep but the crew that came was able to finish in one day and they cleaned up, leaving no mess at all. I strongly recommend this company for roofing work.
