      The team did a fantastic job on the house even though I was away on business. Everything was conducted over email and was fast and efficient. I would recommend them to others as they did a great job for me.

      ******* and his team did a very well job fast and efficient. Communication was great and the crew did an excellent job on the cleanup and the outcome of our roof is very nice. We got numerous comments from our neighbors on how nice it looks. Our house now looks very modern thank you Universal Home Improvement!

      I got referred by ****************** to ******* and his team at Universal Home Improvement LLC. I had two other contractors that Tried to get me approved with my insurance company and it was unsuccessful until I met *******. He came to represent me and advocated for me with my insurance company and got me approved on the first try. Communication and clean up were great. I would highly recommend ******* to any other homeowner that is in need of any roof replacement needs.

      I met *********************** in June. I reached out to him over the phone, explaining my situation with my prior experience with a public adjuster. He sent somebody out after having pouring rain coming into my house without even knowing if he was going to get the job. Then he went and went up and over with my insurance company to make sure that I got approved on the first strike. He was successful, and as promised complied to me on everything, he stated he would do. We are extremely pleased with his service and follow through. we have a new upgraded roof and there are no more leaks coming into my home.
