Excellent company. Tech Alex H. was awesome. Very knowledgeable and polite and he really did a great job tuning up my A/C. Will use Precision again this winter for my furnace tune up. Highly recommend this company.Precision Heating & Cooling

Had a semi-annual AC check and replacement of two worn parts. The Tech, Jameel, was very professional and friendly. Precision has been great since we started with the company several years back. ****, the service manager, has always been responsive and helpful.Precision Heating & Cooling

We have been using Precision Heating and Cooling for years . Todays april 24 2023 apt was great , ***** was on time to do spring maintenance on air conditioner when he was done he smelled gas . we called out nicor gas and they came right away and noticed gas leak in back yard and one near exhaust pipe . ***** found a furnace setting off and fixed the problem, nicor rechecked leaks and all was good. This was our usual fall check-up: Tech was efficient and apparently knowledgeable. Watched him do a couple of sensor checks. He saw the filter was dirty and changed it (I was going to change it next week on my 3-month schedule) so that was good. I was pleased with the service. Been using Precision for years and only disappointed a couple of times.Precision Heating & Cooling
