    They are ILLEGALLY CHANGING DRIVER LOGS TO GIVE MORE DRIVE TIME Do not drive for them. I signed on as a company driver and they charged me for the trailer tires going flat when I just picked up the trailer from their yard AFTER MY FIRST WEEK..Also why are company drivers responsible for if a forklift worker damages the trailer?? (things other drivers experienced which is not right) .THEY ALLOW YOU TO FREELY CALL IN AND GET A NEW CLOCK WHEN YOU RUN OUT OF TIME WHICH IS ILLEGAL! I did retain an attorney because they are definitely running ILLEGAL operations with this company! **** the fleet manager told me out his mouth idc that you didnt eat .. with this response it let me know they only care about making sure their load is covered THEY ARE NOT A GOOD COMPANY!

    provided by dispatch wrong delivery date. lost 2 days of being off the road not making $. I am renting. 215$ a day, lost 430$

    Hello my name is *******************, Ive been a contract driver for six years three of which has been through Maybach international based out of ********, I however get paid by a guy named ******************** , He goes by *** on Tuesday, November 1 my wife and I took back the truck that I was using to Maybach cleaned it out have 27 to 30 pictures inside and out I was told by *** he would release my paycheck and my escrow on Monday, November 7 he has not and he refuses you cant keep someones pay and their escrow youre not legally allowed to do that I said he said he can do whatever he wants he has dual citizenship and he has Problem keeping it I tried to talk to him my wife tried to talk to him and her mom has a guardian ad litem which is a specialized attorney has tried talking to him weve called Maybach Maybach says theyve contacted him and he claims that hes going to make it right and still has not I dont think its right To keep my money Ive worked for its illegal please help!!!!
