    From ******* to ****** **. Average payment $2,822 You just paid ***** and keep 18% I get 1,640.From ***** ** to ***** **. average payment *****. You just pay $2,800 and keep 18% I get $2,296.I think you as big company are abusing people who are trying to get ahead on their business. These are approximate prices to go where I went for Maybach using my truck, paying for diesel and giving my time. and you paid me less than what the loads are worth, you keep an additional 18% and for worse Maybach charge me $2000 for a registration which they stay with it. That is unfair and abusive if it is not my registration I should not have to pay for I just work one week. The reason why I Left is because I felt Maybach were not transparent with me. These companies luring drivers with false promises should make it illegal to promise things to drivers that they don't comply after you sign.

    This is a bait and switch trucking company, offering fake advertisement in ******** and Instagram offering top pay for company drivers Drivers stay away from this company they will find any excuse to not pay top pay, They found a marketing strategy to get your attention

    Went to orientation after asking the right questions and received emails confirming answers. Get to orientation and everything goes downhill. I already quit my other company and was "stuck". I was supposed to be doing a lease purchase on a 1 yr old used truck for 1k a month. They claim to only have new for $1,400 AND it was a rent program. They aren't doing the purchase program because of inventory. Then, I had to put 1k worth of fuel in it and when I asked for reimbursement they acted like I was crazy and hanged up on me. I should've left, but was already in too deep. The worst is the fact they lied about paying fuel surcharge. When I received my first settlement, imagine my surprise when I was missing all that money. Every kept acting like I was crazy when I asked about it. I never did get anyone in Management to answer why we didn't get it. The dispatch is the whole reason being an OO with them *****. They wait until you are being unloaded before they will begin looking for your next load. The average wait time is 3-5 hrs. It doesn't matter if you're nice or if you have to get ***** with them. You get crappy loads and sometimes don't get a load until the next day, because they "can't find a load". They save the company accounts for company drivers and OO only get load board loads.
