      I worked for this company for 2 years and 9 months. The turn-over rate is very high and most of the leadership is not skilled in their areas. They constantly make changes without proper process and the employees suffer for it. They are forced into situations that are not accommodating to employees, and neither do they care like instant schedule changes. Furthermore, they have removed all management offices, and they are required to stand for 12 hours without proper ergonomics equipment to use. They will write you up for anything, and they use reviews in an improper way to terminate you as an employee. Then they send you paperwork that holds your severance for 20 days when you are fired immediately without just cause. Discrimination and mistreatment of employees is what they should terminate people for, but they don't its allowed, and you get terminated for small things not situations that matter. It's not a company to work for, there is no consideration for great workers or flexibility. I worked for them and did not receive a raise, instead they terminated me without validating properly but making excuses to cover their butts. They use their attorneys to hide the mistreatment of employees. No structure, not a place to work if you want to succeed, they take care of those who are faithful to the HelloFresh brand and step on everyone else. You do not matter as an employee. You terminate someone, you should make sure all funds are in position upon the immediate termination and its night. If you have to don't make this a place to grow get what you need and go.

      False advertisement, you have to create an account and even apply your debit card or credit card information in order to look at your discount that were emailed. The first order that you place is locked in so you cant browse there app and if you decide its not something you want when you cancel the first box isnt canceled you have to actually call them the customer service agency and they have to cancel your subscription so you dont get charged that first box and not anywhere in the app or anywhere in their instructions does it say that. This company is a ***** and a scam. I canceled my membership and my subscription and all the orders I put in there as soon as I created the account and theyre still trying to take money out of my debit card for my first box that I thought I already canceled. L O L. The lady tells me on the phone she says well you have to call us and cancel the subscription fully so you dont get charged for that first box that is c*** do not fall into this c*** scam like I did.

      This business is a ****. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. They make you put in your card info before showing you food and ingredients. I STUPIDLY entered my card information and found there's nothing I can eat o. The menu due to dietary restrictions. I canceled the order and didn't see any charges and thought I was done. I checked my bank account, and THEY'RE STILL CHARGING ME. I reached out to customer support, and they basically said that their system showed it still active, so they have to charge me. They refuse to cancel the order and refuse to refund my money. DON'T GET SCAMMED BY FACTOR. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!! They are an unethical business and clearly have no problem continuing in that manner.

      BEWARE: Your first Factor box will taste pretty good but then the quality goes DOWN HILL really fast. Not sure how that is even possible. I wish I could leave 0 starts because Factor is one of the most scammy companies I have encountered. I have been skipping my weeks lately because the last box I received made me pretty sick (it made me throw up and have diarrhea) but forgot to skip this past week due to being busy with moving and now it's a whole hassle. The person on the phone I talked to was terrible. When I mentioned the food made me sick he said "have you seen a doctor?" That's none of your business? I also recently moved addresses and no longer have access to the address that my box is being shipped to. When I asked if we could cancel that box or update the address they said there was nothing they could do. So I'm out $142 and don't even get the food (since it's being shipped to my previous address). Safe to say after this experience, my subscription is cancelled and I will never order from them again. Just do yourself a favor and don't order Factor. Their customer support is horrible and the food is not even worth it.

      This should be a criminal act for a company they charge u and never deliver why are they still in business legally. Why are they not under investigation. I just was looking at their website and all of a sudden I got charged for a meal plan and when I finally got through to a *** they said too late that my meals were shipping and I have not ever received them. I should send them a set of handcuffs

      I have followed their instructions about how to cancel my subscription and I did cancelled my subscription. They just sent another box to my home and theyre charging me for it!       Company is incredibly deceptive. They make it difficult to cancel and send you boxes of c*** The food isnt that good for you either. While it may be low in calories it is extremely high in sodium and saturated fats, you would do better to try an alternative company.
