My father and his wife feel scammed by this business. They told her she could become a naturalized citizen without taking the exam and have charged them $1,700.00 so far. They now want additional funds and say they have sent more paperwork to my dad to sign. This has been going on for a month and nothing has arrived in the mail. Something seems very suspicious.

This law office is the worst in the world. Very unprofessional. No communication, no follow up. It is a take your money and run. My girlfriend paid thousands of dollars and the lawyer is nowhere to be found, barely shows up to court if we are lucky. The supervisor set up a meeting with my girlfriend and when it came to the day of course nowhere in sight. That's not professional at all considering your business is driven by customers service and there is none. That's why the lawyer is nowhere to be found. The leadership starts from the top. I have been in the service industry for over 14 years and I'm a general manager in the service industry. You are supposed to represent your clients, but at this rate my girlfriend is representing herself. I would like to be contacted directly and not through an automated message or response with some vague insincere response. We at Consumer Law Group understand the difficulties your girlfriend is currently facing and the emotional and financial strain this situation has caused. After so many conversations via text and call, it is clear that she is a good person who has made some challenging decisions. Our focus remains on minimizing the impact of those decisions as much as the law allows.As you are aware, she is facing the possibility of several years in prison. We have worked to secure the absolute minimum sentence possible under the circumstances. Our approach has involved extensive efforts in mitigation, which is why the case has taken longer than anticipated. We operate on a flat fee, and although we could have concluded this case sooner, we chose to explore all potential avenues to achieve the best outcome. Of course, many of our cases involve situations in which matters are dismissed, and criminal law is not always about what is true - it is about what can be proven.
