    I wish I didn't have to give them even 1 star! Absolutely HORRIBLE company. I booked service with them a month in advance. They called me at 3 pm the day BEFORE my move to tell me that I was out of their service area and cancelled the appt. OUT OF YOUR SERVICE AREA??? You're a moving company, ***************** is your service area!!!! They had my FROM and TO addresses for a month. They should have told me when I booked if they weren't going to be able to do the job. OH AND THE BEST PART IS, THEY STILL CHARGED ME!!!! It took 9 phone calls and multiple hours on the phone to get my money back. WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!

    If you are reading this review prior to using this moving company, then please STOP! My experience with this company was by far the absolute worst. They broke multiple items during the move, including turning my big roll around toolbox (full of tools) upside down. They kept on insisting that I owed them money for the move. They said that my check bounced, and they needed me to send money to balance my account. I checked numerous times on my original check and couldn't locate it with my bank. With that knowledge, I assumed that they must be correct, and I owed them money. I sent additional money to them, to "make things right" with them! I later found out that they did indeed cash my original check. I called and spoke with the Owner of this company, and he was looking into it. 2.5 Months later, and I still have not received reimbursement for the overpayment. My last phone calls are not answered by the owner of Flex Moving company in Aurora, **. The moving company business phone will not accept my phone calls either!Please do not use this company for your move!!

    This is absolutely the worst moving company. A lot of my stuff was broken during my move. I filed a complaint and never was paid for my items. The movers were unprofessional and rude. They tried to charge me for wrapped furniture which I was told was included. Thanks to my neighbor who use to work as a mover, told them that was part of their job. My neighbor took the tarps and wrapped my furniture himself. Do not use this company. I've been waiting since September 2023 for my money and keep getting the run around from the owner.

    Absolutely terrible moving company. They never notified me that my stuff was on its way to ********** state. I get a text 3 days prior while out of service camping with my family. I see the message at 2pm on Sunday the day before delivery in which this date was never given to me so I had no idea it was even coming. Now they expect me to have the money at drop off at 8am on a Monday morning. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MOVE. They are incompetent business people and will show up on move day and charge you more than quoted as a packing fee to wrap your stuff in plastic wrap which they wont tell you until they arrive to pick up your stuff. They wont take it unless its wrapped by them. I tried to wrap it myself and they said they wouldnt take it. Stay away from these people.
