      On 1/8/2024 Olexandr, a logistics driver working for Spark Prime Logistics LLC picked up my ***************************************************************************************** ****** from my parent's home in **********.On 1/10 I get a call from the driver stating that my vehicle had been damaged in a traffic collision On 1/11 I get the car delivered. I was told to pay $800. The car is severely damaged. The driver had damage my husband's business sign in the trunk. He goes on to state that the damage is not that bad and that he could repair it himself. There is damage to the front bumper, rear bumper from the fender all the way up to the trunk, the rear panels, and both tires. The driver stated he had to change one of the tires from ******* because the original tires were no longer drivable. We did not consent to the tire change, and ask where the ************* was. He stated that he threw it away. I tried to contact the third party broker who had assigned Spark Prime Logistics to our car transport. She said that Spark Prime were not going to negotiate the delivery of the car price.On or around 1/11 I filed a claim with Spark Prime liability insurance with a representative. I called Spark prime who stated they had not filed a claim. When asked why, the representative refused to transfer me to a manger who would speak to me On 1/16 I talked to Spark Prime liability insurance rep who stated the cost of repair would be covered. However, the car is estimated to be in the repair shop for a month. The insurance **** ***** stated rental car insurance will not be covered. My boyfriend and I need a vehicle to get to and from school/work. On the same day, I called Spark Prime Logistic and spoke to "****" the individual managing this matter at Spark Prime. I requested to speak to a manger since rental vehicle were not included in their liability insurance. He indicated their company had not filed any claim. He gave me phone number: *************. No one has respond.
