      We had two vehicles scheduled for transport. First, they could not pick up the vehicles on the scheduled pick up date. Secondly, their driver got into an accident the day of dropping our vehicles off. The vehicles were dropped off at midnight and we were hurried to take the cars since they were dropped off on a busy road. Upon looking at the cars the next morning there were numerous scratches sustained on one vehicle. The scratches looked as if something were dragged across the vehicle.Their claims department was notified. They replied with grainy pictures when the vehicles were dropped off. Even in those you could still make out the damages. They have refused to accept any responsibility and have ignored multiple emails and phone calls since. Do not use at all costs if possible.
