      Collections ********** repeatedly reaches out via e-mail for one invoice that was paid (and proof of cash checked has been provided). We've been disputing the other older open invoice as a duplicate charge as only one pickup was done at a location that was billed twice.Collection agent on their end changes on a monthly basis, but none of them ever answer their phone, return a call, or respond to e-mail. I've got e-mail tracking showing that they've been reached out to and we're to the point of being harassed for non-payment when one payment was made and nobody can even talk to us about the disputed invoice.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I received a call and e-mail from ***********************. I forwarded her all of the information on Friday, July 8th after her e-mail. There was no confirmed receipt so I called this morning, left a voicemail, got no call back. Called again several hours later, got one ring and then was pushed to voicemail. Signature in the e-mail gives the generic 800 number which nobody can seem to ever help resolve the issue. Not getting a call back or an e-mail to even confirm receipt. If they claim they didn't receive, then it's their spam filter, but they should be checking that for legit e-mails...

      Our agreement with Shred-It is for service every 4 weeks. The last service we had was March 2022. I have been trying for months to get them to service our account. I have called the service number; which is answered over seas and they contact the company and give me a service date. The date comes and goes with no service.On June 16, 2022 I finally got the email address of ****** ********** requesting cancellation of the service. I received notification that they would do a final shred and removal on 6/23/2022; and that date came and went without service.The consoles were empty (the new company emptied them for us), I just want Shred-It to pick up their empty consoles.
