      Do not buy a vehicle from McGrath Volvo unless you want to follow-up relentlessly with incompetent staff. We're happy with the *** itself. What we're not happy with is the experience we were given from the very beginning at this dealership. We should have taken that as a sign and moved on to another Volvo dealer.Long story short, they needed multiple reminders via calls/emails/text to complete our paperwork in a timely manner after leaving the dealership on 10/5 having signed all of the paperwork on our end. We waited 3 weeks for account information to make payments (and for our vehicle trade-in to be paid off) until we followed up with Volvo ****************** (VFS). *** did not have any record of our purchase so we followed up with the dealership who indicated they would look into it right away. The same day, my credit was ran again (3 weeks after leaving the dealership) which tells me that paperwork sat on someone's desk for 3 weeks, forcing them to have to run credit again since it had been so long, and then overnighted paperwork to VFS. I know this because a week later, we receive the account information from *********marked one day after I called the dealership and VFS (who had no record of us the day before). Even after the welcome letter from ***, we had to then follow up with the dealership multiple times for them to complete pay-off of my trade-in vehicle (finally completed on 11/12, over a month after purchasing my new vehicle and trading in the old). Which, by the way, I had to make an extra payment on because they did not send their payment in a timely manner. The dealership then sent me a check for the payment we had to make on a car we did not have any longer, however, the check was short about ~60. Bottom line, this dealership is horrible at communication and is disorganized to the point where it affects their customers financially. In all my car buying experience, it's never taken even close to a month to complete all paperwork accordingly.

      Extremely disappointed.Sold me a problem car. I over paid to buy a car from a (good dealer) turns out overpaying many thousands and getting a car they damaged in service. They won't fix it even though they said they would....!!!! Not standing behind the poor car they sold me.It was for my daughter.. 2 weeks and they gave up and told me to buy a different car and only want to give me 1/3 of what I paid for this car a few months ago!@@!!Need to speak to owner or pursue lawsuits.
