  Nu-Again employees were very communicative, letting me know what to expect. The workers that did the actual work were very polite, extremely thorough with the work done, and completely cleaned up after they completed the job. We have used them for many years, and have always been pleased with the work they have done. I highly recommend them.

  This is the second time I am using Nu-Again. They offer excellent service and finished product. They provided an estimate and scheduled all the same day. I was kept in informed as the install date approached. The workmen called not he day of the work to let me know when they would arrive. They completed the work in the time specified. They left the courtyard and patio clean. I recommend them highly for cleaning and sealing concrete and Unilock pavers.

  Very pleased with the work and crew. Communication with both office, crew, and main sales rep were fantastic! Work took three days as we had two retaining wall rebuilt due to aging and shifting. All repairs were built according to discussions and look fantastic. The brick pavers look new and refreshed and now have that clean wet look as always desired! Would highly recommend Nu-Again for any paver restoration!

  We had Nu-Again do a major overhaul on our deck, They came out and advised us on how best to restore it, provided numerous samples on paint colors and offered up great suggestions on how to make it look its best. Upon inspection, we received a fair proposal on the spot and the work outlined was followed to the letter. The crew was great, worked hard and after the job was done I was able to inspect it and they were happy to do little touch **** We looked at a number of companies and many were sketchy in providing pricing or a detail on the work to be performed. I would highly recommend Nu-Again for any needed deck work.

  I had Nu-Again power wash and stain my deck. They were timely in their arrival and communicated well. After the job was done, I waited 48 hours before stepping on the deck and noticed there were large areas that were still wet. Those areas looked more like the stain had been painted on while the others were stained. Stained cloths were left all over my yard and bushes. I called the *** and told them the issue. They said sometimes it takes awhile to dry due to humidity. I waited another week without any change. I told them NOT to charge the final amount until this problem was remedied. A time was set by ******* when ****** (owner) would come out. I stayed at home the determined time and he did not show up, nor did anyone call me. Calls and emails went unanswered. I called the office again and they said he would come out. He did show up, was not sure why ******* would say he would be at the house on that specific date when she knew he was out of town, said he would do the job over, which was done and it is fine now.
