    I had a problem with the deck adhering to dirt. It looks awful, I have to scrub it every time my dogs paws are dirty. I called them and they kept promising me to come out, didn't, promised again, didn't, promised again.... And I was dealing with the owner. So basically they do not stand by their product

    Very professional, project was completed in a timely manner. Our 20 year old paver walkway now looks NEW! I'd recommended these folks to anyone thinking about restoring their pavers to look fresh and new again!

    Nu-Again did exactly as their name says they made our patio NEW AGAIN! Our patio has been neglected for a few years, ****** came out gave us a proposal and described exactly what needed to be done. He explained the 2 day process and what was going to be done each day. His crews were polite, knowledgeable and attentive to our concerns. This alone was refreshing. We were constantly updated as the time came to do the job, there were concerns of the weather and when the window opened we were notified via email and text messages, as well as when the crews were on their way! I cant express enough how happy we are with the result. Our patio and stairs look better now than when our patio was built 20 years ago! They are true professionals and how they handled the condition of our patio and the process we would recommend them to anyone without any doubt whatsoever. *** and ******* W

    Excellent work. Very reliable, easy to work with, on time, work as promised. Overall did a great job refinishing my paver patio: cleaned; replaced sand between blocks; and sealed. Very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone.

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!!!! They damaged my property, charged my card before the job was complete without permission, will not return my calls when I brought up the issues, and won't finish the job, or fix what is damaged. Awful communication, they do not set up proper appts, they just show up, and send messages 15 mins prior to showing up. THE **** WAS DISGUSTING UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. THE SALESPERSON WAS RUDE. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BY WHAT THEY ADVERTISE AT ALL. THEY DID AN AWFUL JOB AND ARE STILL CAUSING ME ISSUES. I would never ever recommend them for their serious level of unprofessionalism, lack of completing the job, damage to my property and charging my card without permission. This is not how you do business!
