      I called for service on 9/16/24 after I stopped on the side of the road because of an air leak on my semi truck, They showed up with a big wrecker after I told them no tow just service.They disabled my truck even more by damaging 3 major air lines, they did not get the new part that I sent pictures of before they came. It should have been an easy fix, no longer than an hour of labor. It took them over 2 hours to try to remove 6 lines but could not remove the old valve. My husband ended up replacing the valve himself and the broken lines within 1 hour. The workers did not know what they were doing and did not have the most common tools to do the job ( vice grips and channel lock are not tools to use on air lines...)My feeling is that they wanted to disable the truck to tow it and add to the bill.They dragged their feet to rack up the bill . Charged 5 hours total.They charged $200 in fuel surcharge when as of that day the *** was $0.37 per mile and in no way they went more that 50 miles round trip. They never towed the truck.They also charged me ppe/ photo storage fee and shop fee $15 plus $75 when they only used a little bit of lube , even a whole roll of shop towel would not cost that much !Before they showed up my truck would hold roughly 95 to 100 lbs psi, but after they worked on it, I could not go anywhere even if I wanted to, with air lines off and broke I had 0 psi, that's why I believe they disabled my truck on purpose.I believe I was bullied by ******** ****, the president, who told me to pay now via text with his workers there ready to hook up to my truck if I did not. He also did not want to give me the bill before I paid. It's all in text messages. I also have pictures of how they left the truck out of service before they left.Since they did not fix my truck and created more damage I am seeking a full refund minimum.

      They towed my truck to a no parking street and left for there after receiving payment for the tow.

      When my husbands van broke down, he called Priority Wrecker Service. They seemed to have good reviews on ******* They arrived fast, but apparently just to hold our vehicle hostage. My husband told them we were paying with a card when we called them, but once it was time to drop it off, they said they only accepted cash-app or *****. The driver gave me a suspicious sounding email to send the payment to. I called the office to confirm that it was right, and they said it was. When I tried to send the payment, even my bank flagged it as suspicious! Since it was flagged, we had to call the bank to clear the payment. Since it was taking longer than the company thought it should take, the supervisor started calling us every few minutes and threatening to take the van to impound or charge us an exorbitant additional hourly rate (around $300/hr). He also threatened to charge us more just because I was being rude for questioning their business practices. They gave me another email to try, and that payment went through right away. Like a dummy, I thought the bank would call before clearing the first payment. Both payments went through. Now Priority Wrecker Service wont give us our money back on the second payment. They keep making excuses (the person who processes refunds is on vacation) and stringing us along (well send a check in the mail). It has been two months and multiple phone calls. No refund. $690 x 2 for a 20mi tow.

      This people don't have a single integrity. I called because my driver left everything on in the truck and got the battery down. The lady told me $195 post to post. The tech arrived in about 20 minutes and jump start the truck. After he finished, he gave me an invoice of $649. I asked him what is this? He told me my invoice. I called the office, and they told me it's a minimum of three hours. But I was never told when I called for the service. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they hang up the phone and asked the tech to tow the truck. Stay always from this misleading people. If there was a way to give negative stars this people deserve not even one star.

      I called this company this morning, 4/12/23 for a tow when my vehicle broke down 20 miles from home. They told me over the phone it would be $375/hr and estimated about 1.5 hours by the time the truck arrived, hooked up the vehicle, and got me home. Once we arrived at the house, I was told it would be over $1300. They neglected to tell me over the phone that I would be charged for the milage to reach me as well as the milage to return wherever they were, despite that the duration of services rendered was actually under 2 hours.

      Our truck needed a jump start due to the weather it broked down we called towing company and they informed us that they will come they showed up after 12 hours and they told us that a team is at the shop to fix it within an hour we called the following ****** no answer and at the end the dispatcher informed us that someone is there but there was nobody because we have a camera in the truck we have belongings that belongs to customers inside the truck and we spent a lot of money on transportation car services and hotels to our driver due to them not giving accurate info and the dispatch cursed us as well on the phone now the truck is locked for we dont know how long we are scammed by this company we called the police and they stated that this company gives them hard time and that they cannot do anything about it and informed us to call the general authority this business should be closed to their illegal activity all their reviews are negative and all people complaining about them unfortntly we did not know until we had this bad experience with them please advise us

      The company was contacted approximately 8pm to request a tow. The vehicle was described and the location (only a few feet off the road). We requested an estimate which the company refused to provide. We instructed them that no work was to be done before an estimate or proposal was provided. However, the company did not call until the tow was complete and they wanted to collect payment, which was $4,900, more than we ever would have approved for a simple removal from mud. Our drivers do not carry credit cards for safety purposes, and we were then informed they refused to take any kind of payment over the phone. This has never been an issue for us in 6 years, but our assistant manager at that point informed the company he was on his way to discuss the bill. The tow driver refused to wait there for us to come and instead towed our fully drivable vehicle to another location. Once our assistant arrived there the gas station was closed so they drove and towed to a 3rd location, all while charging us for towing the fully drivable vehicle. Once there, our assistant attempted to pay the now $6,900 bill (which he did not have approval to do), but the card was declined as his card limit is much lower than that. At this point the company took the vehicle and impounded it at their lot sending an invoice of $8,700 to get the vehicle back! We have refused to pay what is essentially a ****** payment, and so the company remains in possession of our vehicle. Our complaint is that no estimate was provided for the work to be done, it was done without our approval, the charge for that work was exorbitant and unwarranted, and any subsequent charges for towing or impounding are invalid.

      My car died on Thursday 10/13/22. I called a tow company and was told $125.00 plus $4 for each mile. The tow job was only down the street from my house and after towing they charged me $241.70 and said they only can take Zelle due to their card machine being down, which was a lie. They also never gave me a receipt and it was just a very sketchy experience. They are scammers and need to be shut down immediately. I read reviews after the fact and seen that im not the only one who has been scammed.

      Called for a tow on disabled car they picked it up when they got to the repair ************** was due there card reader didnt work the driver told my grand daughter she had to pay cash or be *****. My grand daughter called her mom who sent the Money through Zelles the tow truck driver said he didnt rr is e payment this way either. . My daughter couldnt leave her employment to pay cash so the towing outfit took the car to there pound.*** made several attempts to rectuffu this showing paid recites from that days from the bank transaction but have been accused my family of having no ***************** when it comes to email addresses .then told me when he owns the car hed problem just kick it. The email addresses they gave all came back non deliverable. They want to know where the money was sent Im trying to deturmaine that. The bank recipe says posted ! The first inter reaction with them they told me we owed $2800 & they would do what they had to do they would talk to the boss.

      I contacted a service to tow my vehicle out of the impound to my house I was quoted the cost would 125 plus 4 dollars every mile which was 19 miles the total was $201 I get to my house the driver said my price was ****** i couldn't afford that so they took my vehicle they never told me about no additional charges
