My experience with Allsup was that they took on my case to apply for SS benefits on my behalf, to which if approved, they would have gotten like 4700 dollars or something like that. They had me answer some questions.. filled some paperwork..it was denied.. they appealed, and it was denied ********* here is where the problem is.. I have a brain injury that is never going away.. they did not submit the neuropsych tests nor my records from my therapist that has been seeing me from before the accident.MRI reports showing the injury, etc. In fact, there was some random hand surgeon doctor from years ago listed in my records ************ after the denial.. they closed my case, and when I sent an email asking for the exact records they sent to SS, they told me to go directly to them. The good news is I will now do this myself and get a hearing because they failed to represent me. I don't recommend using them. They did not care about me only about the money.Allsup, LLC

I signed up with *******************************, after filing for disability benefits with the ****************************** (SSA) online, then with all supporting paperwork, including medical records, which I took directly to my local ********** on July 3, 2024. I've been trying to work with Allsup, which claims to specialize in representing veterans in disability cases, since this time, yet have gotten nowhere, and therefore withdrew my contract with them by August 22, 2024. The person who initially interested me in signing on with Allsup, to whom I first spoke, became someone to whom I never spoke again. Since then, I've spoken to various representatives, all providing different and sometimes contradictory information, until being "assigned" to one individual, who wouldn't provide any further information until I got a form filed with them, stating that I was unable to work, based upon a checklist of physically debilitating criteria, despite the fact that the first individual to whom I spoke, told me that a note from any qualified physician, stating that I was unable to work would suffice, yet I was never informed that this may not even be required (or would become less crucial) after age 50, which I'm soon to be (& they knew based on my birth date). After I provided the group with the qualified physician's letter, I was directed to the "assigned" representative, who would only accept the debilitating criteria form, which I then took to the provider (of original letter), only to be told that they could only fill it out for insurance purposes, redirecting me to my primary care physician (PCP). At this point, I became convinced that the whole purpose of this company is to waste time and disqualify people with ***, since they could have simply stated that the form and PCP were required in the first place. Furthermore, I couldn't understand why a company, that claims to be a "group," which would imply that they all work together, would limit me to a single representative!Allsup, LLC

?? Thank you so much for your help today, "Allsup **************** ******************* "?? I was concerned that my SSA Forms were not received via fax on 8-27-2024 ( as provided as an option to "Return the Forms". ) bc I received an email and voicemail reminding me of " the urgency to send the forms by the required deadline. Allsup CS ***************** was able to "research & take note of my feedback that I sent my documents via provided Fax # " to ensure my "Completed Forms" are received by the deadline.?? Thank you so much for your patience with me & for taking note of when I faxed my documents, so Allsup & SSA would be aware of my " Fax sent reciept " on my end bc I was so worried when I woke to the email and voicemail from Allsup & was "unclear if my doc's were received successfully" via fax.Allsup, LLC
