  We have used *** for two major rehab projects and a handful of smaller things. 1. He shows up when he says he will. Anyone that has worked with contractors knows this is beginning a rare quality. 2. He likes to discuss all the options, potential problems and ideas before starting then communicates throughout the project. 3. He takes pride in his work. In a world full of builders, *** is a craftsman. The difference is *****. 4. He offers a good value. *** may not be the cheapest, but you can bet the job will be done right.I will have zero hesitation hiring *** and his crew in the future!

  Roy and his team have worked on multiple properties for us. Whether it is personal property or rentals his work was on point with what we needed.
  From the initial consultation to the final touches, my experience with Agape was exceptional. If you're looking for a construction company that embodies trustworthiness, transparency, and delivers truly quality work, look no further.
  What immediately impressed me was their transparent communication. I was kept informed at every stage of the project, with clear explanations of timelines, costs, and any potential challenges. There were no hidden fees or surprises, which built a strong sense of trust right from the start.
  The quality of their workmanship is truly outstanding. The team's attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the project.   Roy replaced beams in my basement. I’ve lived in my house 35 yrs and no contractor would assess and take the project. I’m very grateful to Roy and to the building inspector, Curt Ruthe, with whom he immediately consulted.
  
  After the first day of the work, Roy lowered the price by $350 because the project was not as difficult as he first expected. He’s an honest fellow and my little dog senses his kindness. She begs him to pet and cuddle her. No charge for petting. Such a bargain!

  We are a **************************** primarily servicing the **************** area. We had Agape Building and Development, LLC do extensive work in an 11 unit apartment building we were rehabbing, as well as a variety of work we needed done in a number of other properties we managed. Throughout the process on each property, Agape has been nothing short of fantastic. The owner was very patient with me, answering all of my questions, responding to my voicemails, texts, and emails in a timely manner. I haven't had to wait for updates, photos, or reports. Even if I had questions, or needed recommendations, about properties that he wasn't working on, *** was more than happy to help me out. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work done. Definitely a 5 Star experience...

  Best company to work for locally, the owner *** is one of the nicest people Ive ever met. Their quality of work is excellent, and every customer Ive ever asked loved the work done. Even though Im not employed by Agape anymore, I always recommend their services.
